This is the best Breaking Bad tribute video on the youtubes.

Warning: Spoilers from beginning to end.  But it was the great Jesse bit from one of the early episodes - 'Yeah, Mr White!! Yeah, Science!!' which always made me laugh

I'd been saving the second half of the last season, as I was far too busy to watch them when they were originally broadcast.

It's time to watch episodes 7 to 13, WooHoo!!

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2012/01/anna-gunn-ready-to-start-production-on-breaking-bad-season-5.html

"Gunn said production for the fifth season of "Breaking Bad" will start this month, with eight episodes slated to shoot. The highly anticipated final season will be broken  into two shortened mini-seasons. The last batch of episodes will probably shoot in winter 2013, she said."

where it says "this month" above, I think they mean February, but Aaron Paul stated in a different interview that they get the scripts in March and shoot in March.  I've heard the first 8 episodes of season 5 will be shown in late 2012.  the next 8 episodes will air after that some time, obviously.

Watched all of this over the past month or so, finished up yesterday, so finally getting a read through this thread today.
Very, very good show, with an excellent ending. The quality did dip a good bit for me in the third season (mainly due to the severe hatred I had for Tuco's cousins and every scene they were involved in) but picked up again very quickly.

Walt has to be the most riveting and unpredictable (psychotic?) character I've ever seen. And Saul Goodman was immense too. Everything that involved him was great entertainment.

Overall I loved it. One of the best series I have watched.

While I am of course looking forward to more of this, I did think the ending to S4 and what he said to Skyler on the phone would have been a really good way to wrap up the whole story.

Just finished watching the first season, and just seen the first ep of season 2.
Personally, thought the first season started off great, but then sort of slowed down especially in the middle. Great final couple of episodes though, and an even better first episode of season 2.

Finally got around to watching season 4. Ended up staying up till half 3 in the morning to finish it. So good. So good. Felt the same at the end of season 3 though and then lost it cos I hate being up to date and watching week by week. Someone remind me not to do that with season 5 and just fucking watch it!
