I think you can gather from that , that he still wants to sell up to DIC. They were asked to improve relations between him and hicks by the arabs. The no comment on the " for sale " comment is the key here.

Why is it the key? If they deny there is a sale...Why would banks lend money to them both? If banks still think there is an interested buyer; the banks will keep throwing money.

I know nothing about the next subject now being discussed, but it's interesting how the interviewer is constantly asking him 'did you do the due diligence, why didn't they take time to do the due diligence?' Rings a bell, doesn't it? These guys are real rogues.

You can read things into anything he says. Ultimately, he's said nothing of importance, certainly in comparison to his last interview. What did people expect? For him to come out and say he's selling and that Hicks is a Texan tosser?
