Osi and Jason Taylor both got carted off the field tonight during preseason games.

As a Giants fan, the fact that Osi might be out for the year makes me want to crap my pants, and/or get Stray back.

Sounds as though the Skins got lucky... whole reason they traded for Taylor is b/c their other DE went down for the year during training camp. Sounds as though Taylor just strained his knee, and is prob. out 10 - 15 days. May miss the first game, but sounds like that is about it.

We're four point favorites. Should win I guess, but Washington beat us at home last year. I actually went to that game. Miserably cold, Eli was awful, and it was the last time we saw Shockey wearing Giants blue, since he broke his leg during the game.

Anyway, I'm just looking forward to the season getting underway.

1st game of the season really doesnt have any importance for our guys. Last year we were inches away from starting 0-3 and still went on to win the Superbowl.
Personally, I am just looking forward to seeing how Eli plays after finally clicking during the playoffs.

I'm from New Jersey. Dad raised me a Giants fan. My earliest memory is of Flipper Anderson scoring a TD against us in OT back in the 1989 playoffs to beat us at home. Of course the memories from the next season are much sweeter.
