Dunno about biggest but there's been a few 'Manc-born' in recent times...

Nathan Eccleston, remember him?

Youth players like James Balagizi, Cameron Brannagan and Ryan Kent were/are all Manc born (as was Tom Ince, I believe).

I don't think modern scouting cares much where a player is born.

As posted above though, Whelan was a massive Manc fan - weirdo!

The Saudi's are in the conference at the moment, if the mancs spawn the cup final then they go into the UEFA cup and Chelsea will go into the conference
