As ever the sales page is zero help, so is this additional sale (ie from now til KO) only open to people who registered interest?

Or is it back to all members after this initial sale now?

Registered only if anything like prague or cup games are to go by

all members, they couldn't close the site down indefinitely as they have other sales going on etc.

So once they open the website after this has been on for two hours say, it will be all members

My friends link just got 10k in the queue in this, so enough people registered during that 24hr period anyway  ;D

Yeah exactly. 24h time period to register is more than enough

Will need to try and get one on the refresh now in a few days  :butt

I don't mean locking the site down, I mean eligible to buy.

Really don't think so. Prague couldn't be viewed on ticket page if you didn't register but who knows.

Initial queue number at 11:00am - 5732, queue number at 11:13 - 5165. Is it me or is it slower than usual?

Do the links mean less bots and more humans actually buying so throughput is lower?

If that queue position isn't good enough then these sales are basically a waste of time. It suggests that there were only enough tickets to satisfy the 200 or so who got straight in (all bots most likely).

But don't worry, they will all be for sale on resale sites by now.

Yeah unique links have been good for me so far with low positions around that, so with 1500 odd tickets today seems odd it was sold out.

Only thing is now can they figure who checked out from the unique links and logged back in and bought again I know someone who got in almost immediately got 4 and is now hoovering up the ST returns

in theory. but also you have to remember a tout will have multiple memberships, maybe about 20. therefore he has 20 links, and if any one of those gets through they can just loop buying tickets.

possible chances of other loopholes and bypasses always too. no system is foolproof unfortunately.

The biggest flaw is allowing someone to log back in once they've bought once. They really need to get back on top of kicking people out once the transaction is completed. As you say, nothing to stop a bot hoovering up once one of the links gets in.

Unsure if any bypasses still exist, but I bet they do.

I also think the way this ticket system works of only basketing one ticket at a time is flawed too. Once you've got one in a basket, you can't go back to the sales page and 'choose seats for me' to get another one. You'd have to manually select it from the block which just isn't going to happen with so many people clicking 'choose seats for me'. So you have to complete the first transaction before you can try to get a second .. which from that point of view is good that it doesn't kick you out.

Unsure if any bypasses still exist, but I bet they do.

If those bypasses don't work anymore, no doubt there are new ones that do. I think we've reached the point where anything apart from a guaranteed sale should be a ballot, with 'normal' late sales just for something like 48 hours before the match. If the extent of the issues were more widely known, there would be reputational damage for the club. They are charging for memberships but the process, outside of ballots is rigged. Luckily I'm in the ACS for cups as league games have been a write off for me this season.

Queue position 555 but then sold out, not a chance that everyone that got in bought 3 on average, no way.
Quote from: Harvest Fields
i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

Wait time going up is a classic sign of people going back in to buy more or bypassing the queue. Although I thought it had sold out so not sure why they would bother.

By the way, how do people know that there were 1,500 available today?

what actually is the difference between the two? this should be pinned somewhere!

Forwarding is to someone on your F&F and they get your credit.

Distribute is via email and 13+ members get two "free hits" a season for league games where they can do this and keep the credit.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Is there still no way of being able to see if the ticket carries a credit or not? I usually check to see what it says on the seating plan but missed it this time.

Whole ground was orange
