For all those who keep on harping about it- Leicester won't have to look at the Burnley result. They know how they play and what their aims are. They'll come here with their own gameplan.

If they can somehow be "inspired" by the Burnley result, then we can just look towards the Hull result surely?

When have I mentioned anything to do with the burnley match??!

No problem mate. Anyways, I think we'll be bouncing for this. As ever, we'll have to be wary of their counter-attacking threat but hopefully we can maintain focus.
Vardy's looked like he just found his boots but I'm hoping that we can keep him quiet today. Moreno maybe coming in which could help Lovren deal with their pace on the break. Home debut for Matip so let's see...

Yeah sure, you were probably shitting yourself over how we'd be bossed at Spurs too. No decent mids, behave.

I think we may go with Sturridge in for Coutinho with Firmino left and Mane right, Henderson Lallana and Wijnaldum as a three. Hoping we can see the ability of Wij to get in the box today and hopefully get on the end of a few chances.
No I wasn't because two technical players in Wijnaldum and Lallana would always do better vs brick houses like Wanyama and Dier.
Hopefully we win this but probably on the counter

I think this will be a struggle today, just hoping we can scape a win

Miserable !

We'll do well here. First home game with a new stand, hopefully a kickass welcome and a performance to go with it.

Just wait until the team gets announced. First person to complain about the midfield wins a gold star.
We have to change from doubter to believer. Now.

Yip- not had a preseason at all, which is well-publicized, and Klopp will not risk that(and rightly so). Also mentioned it in his prematch.

It's not about pride and whatnot, it's a valid requirement and one where the wrong precedent puts the manager and everyone else at management/coaching level in an unenviable position.

Excellent team. Seems daft not to play Sakho though, cutting off nose etc. I know someone will bring up fitness but then games will do him good. Lucas isn't exactly going to be 100% either!
