A great team performance today bolstered by some great individual ones. Crouch obviously was awesome and at times unplayable. If he stays in this form for th rest of the season then we could make Athens. I thought Alonso and Mascherano bossed the midfield and the whole back four played well especially Aurelio.

Arbeloa is making a habit of looking impressive on debuts and the best compliment I can pay him is that we didn't miss Finnan.

He did indeed and seems now to be producing the form that most people expected from the start of the season. Again the best compliment I can pay him is that Rafa played him on the right instead of Gerrard when he could easily have played Gerrard and Kuyt leaving JP on the bench.

That he was - hunted down the Arsenal attacks in the middle, supported his team mates when they were going in for tackles. He isn't afraid of getting stuck in and he can spot a pass too.

What the fuck were Curbishley and Pardew thinking not playing him? Our gain anyway, glad we have so many options to choose from at the moment.

not 'another' excellent performance. The other ones have been good considering he was rusty but not excellent overall. This one was excellent overall, the first of many I hope.

I thought we were tactically spot on today,well done Rafa.

Aurelio was excellent & only a hatrick by Crouch pipped him for MOTM,best game for the reds today-slowly but steadily improved imo since his arrival & hope he kicks on from here.

I thought it was a decent 'little' tussle between Pennant & Clichy & i thought JP had him.

Mash & Xabi toiled well & the defence never really looked edgy or under pressure.

I thought Gonzales was off his game but you cant fault the lads effort & this goes a long way for me.

Got to point out Pepe in goal,great save that could have turned the game at the stage-i like Pepe,great 'keeper.

Crouch deserved to be MOTM,fantastic display from the lad-how he's come on since his early days here,never really doubted him meself-even at 17 or so non-scoring games-what isn't appreciated about his game is his work ethic & his role defensively in set piece situations-good player to have here & i would be shocked if he went in the summer.

Well done lads-fucking made up we done those cocky twats today.

i think Arsenal were stymied against PSV because they had not the width to break you down.

If Rafa goes with the width that he used today, i think we can cause you lots of problems.

Our biggest game in the season was today.... Now we have lost the dutch league (yeah I'm negative

) And we need to win the play-offs to reach the CL next year...
Only possitive was the debut of a 16 year old striker named Zeefuik. He played much better then Patrick Kluivert..

yes, they'll want a 0-0 and then be happy to go through on a score-draw at Anfield.

they'll want the tie to go right down to the wire.

if we play like we did today, the tie could be over after the first leg.

3 visits - 3 fantastic victories - I am declaring myself the new lucky mascot and must be given tickets for every game

Good atmosphere for most of it. Chuckled when their fans starting singing "we're gonna win 4-3" and then "we're gonna win 6-3".

Great game by everyone in the team today - Crouch MOTM closely followed by any of Aurelio, Pennant, Mascherano, Agger & Carra.

Arsenal lost the game as soon as I saw that lineup in central midfield

Denilson and Fabregas v Javier , Alonso and Gerrad( dropping in)

Thats the epitome of men v boys

Very poor especilally when you consider that they had rosicky and ljunberg on the bench and Abu Diaby( the real New Viera) out of position on the left just to acomodate those boys

Those who like to question Rfa and worship Wenger should know that he is not tactically all that at all

Reina's save was the save of this season, or any other. It was superb

He had absolutely no right to make that save and it was brilliant when he pulled it

But he almost gifted open goals with his handling on two occasions. Much like he did against Barca which wasnt punished and Man U which was. He needs to sort that out
