I was really impressed by the management. They were alerted to Spurs' bid and quickly moved to brush their rivals aside to land the signing in an superb piece of business.

That was a great piece of business if you ask me.

He was at Porto for 8 years mind, so plenty of time to get to grips!

A good bit of Porto influence at Liverpool with Pep and Vitor Matos, and now Luis Diaz, and Diogo Jota was there for a bit too.

Basically all the Spanish and Portuguese speakers will be able to chat with him fine, so half the players on the pitch on certain days plus the day to day coach. All good!
