Sure Biscan is rubbish in the premiership, but in the Champions League this man is re-invented. I would  go as far as saying he was been our star player throughout the tournament.

And he's never been injured! Unlike all the other midfielders around him

I don't even know if either of them will actually play.
If we are playing a 4-5-1 formation, I would think that Didi would be playing along with Xabi and Stevie. But if it's a 4-4-1-1 thing, where Kewell could actually be the one behind Cisse or Baros, then maybe both of them won't even get to play.

I never know how I'm supposed to respond to "What's up?"

Hamaan...

Without fail - soild against Chelsea at home; purely on the basis of that tackle... :wellin

Its going to be Didi. I'd play him with all his experience. Hes a class reader of the game and his tackling ability is second to none.

Xabi - Haman  - Gerrard ...... how sweet is that.
Remember what they did to Arsenal. Time  for Milan.

i'd feel bad for Igor if he didn't play.

he's been our lucky bunny throughout this tournament. Won't be a co-incidence if we drop him and then we lose, lol

Can't argue with that side. The only question for me is over Hamann. I wonder whether Biscan has done enough in the games against Juve and Chelsea to earn himself a place. I would go with Hamann's experience myself, though, but it will be a shame for Igor on a personal level if he misses out. If Kewell gets near the starting 11, I'm not watching. ;D

What a load of bullshit form a so called "fan"....how can you say that if Kewel starts then you will not watch the game!! As fans this is when we should be fully behind all the players!!!

I have enough faith in Rafa to know that if Kewel starts then it's for the best!!!!

I read on here that the ref was the same guy that reffed us against Olympiacos, but today it seems as tho its a different Spanish bloke, one that reffed Man U - AC.

Or, perhaps he has refereed more than one game. Ever. It MIGHT be the same guy...

Agreed.

Maybe he was trying too hard to prove he wasn't biased when he was reffing our last match.

Well i'll never manage that....its that i'm supposed to be working on piece of work...but i so cannot concentrate...so cannot be bothered. Never mind my revision. I swear the excitement has kicked in majorly big time.

Oh My God its almost as bad as i normally expect on the day of the match. I feel like screaming, shouting, everything....thank God for RAWK...at least i can share my views with a lot of like minded Reds...cos i'm currently in London.

Come on Liverpool :) :scarf :champ

That's the way I think would work - the 4-4-1-1

---------Dudek------------
Finnan-Carra-Sami-Djimi
Kewell-Stevie-Xabi-Riise
------------Luis-------------
----------Djibril/Milan------

with Stevie picking up Kaka's runs - don't think either Didi or Xabi really have the pace to do this - and either Kewell or garcia in the 'hole' keeping Pirlo busy - that leaves Xabi free to switch the play for Riise and Kewell (RM) (which will stretch the Milan mid-field that likes to play narrow) and Djibril/ Milan making runs and creating space for Luis to run into - sorted.

However, probably be completely different...

Would have that team but swap luis and kewell over and have cisse up front over baros.

  • Our dreams are what make us who we are.
I am shitting myself, I cant sleep, I cant think properly. I've got a permanent headache, since friday every single night I've been dreaming about Liverpool and the final, what to wear, where to watch, how much am I going to cry, how many people are going to be laughing at me when Im crying, who's going to score first, how much we're going to win by. The only constant in all the dreams is that Liverpool is going to win.  :wave :wave :wave

i'd feel bad for Igor if he didn't play.

On paper, Didi probably edges it since he offers more experience and has been in major finals with Liverpool & Germany

It will be a shame if guys like Igor and Milan miss out on the starting XI but they almost certainly will get on the pitch, and will still have a chance of making a positive contribution

In 48 hours all will be clear (unless u have ET of course  ???)

It hit me that we were in the final last night. And since then every single conversation i have revolves around it.  I can't keep a straight face when SSN are reporting on us "flying to Istanbul" and i truly can't wait.  Gota bloody English GCSE exam on Wed morn so my mind will have to get back on normal things! But when i get home, the flags and scarves are coming out!

wont sleep tomorrow night and proably on wednesday which ever way the game goes...
The match kicks off in 30 minutes ya silly twat
