Any news on Stevie? Is he o.k?
Will see how he is tomorrow, but wasn't training with full group today.
What's the latest on scousecafu, can't wait to have him back
Sturridge unlikely to be involved in both legs of the league cup Looking at West Ham on the 31st now, or at Everton in February. "Liverpool face Chelsea in the Capital One Cup semi-final first leg next Tuesday, with the second leg against Sturridges former club on 27 January, but the striker is unlikely to be involved."http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jan/15/liverpool-daniel-sturridge-fans-training-brendan-rodgers
Got a feeling he'll get the winner against the renties to take us to Wembley.
Paul Joyce saying Sturridge remains some way off returning and won't play in either leg against Chelsea
He has absolutely no way of knowing that. He's just listened to what Brendan said and guessed.
Not really crazy to think one of the most reliable Liverpool journos could ask somebody at the club when the internal timescale is
I don't really class him as being reliable myself. In my opinion he's just guessed. He might be right, he might be wrong, but that's all he's done.
Seems like Lallana could be fit for Chelsea, though? Big boost, if so.
He has a chance of playing today as well apparently.
Any news on Allen and Flanagan?
IT'S TURNING LEFT!
Am i missing something.A few of the lads in the prediction competition over in the bets thread have picked Johnson to play as part of a back 3 on Saturday.I've not even heard he is back in training yet to be honest.anyone got any GJ updates please?
The press conference before Villa the manager said he was back in training.
Yes.They were a British singing and comedy double act popular during World War II, Bud Flanagan (1896–1968) and Chesney Allen (1893–1982). They were first paired in a Florrie Forde revue, and were booked by Val Parnell to appear at the Holborn Empire in 1926.
Anyone have a solid update on Sturridge? Would love to see him get 20-30 mins against Bolton and a start against Chelsea...EDIT: read up a bit further, doesn't seem like we'll see him til February, unless someone knows something new
Think the return leg at Chelsea might be a bit too early for him. But I'm hopeful of seeing him on the bench against West Ham in the next league game. What a lift that would be for the fans!!
On the bench for Chelsea would be nice, for me. I'd like him to have a decent run out against West Ham. I have a feeling we might need him.
Any news on that young German striker that done his cruciate?
Having Welbeck try and mark Pirlo is ridiculous. It's like trying to get a golden retriever to stop a tennis ball machine.Because one is a machine designed for a very specific purpose that it is peerless at, and the other is a fucking dog.
Is Allen back yet?
