When the train conductor walks past you when you ask for a ticket because the train is at a stop, leaves your carriage, then walks up to the next carriage before getting back on. Should get the journey for free if he hasn't made his way back before my stop. Gobshite.

The comment sections underneath Guardian articles on football - I think they might be worse than those on YouTube and that's saying something.

Overly sensitive touch screen on my phone.  :no
Most mornings when I get up, I'll spend a few minutes looking on the BBC news website, catching up on what's going on in the world.

Trying to scroll down the page, and every time I try to scroll down, as soon as my finger in within a millimetre of the screen, the phone interprets this as I want to click on an article.

About a dozen times I've tried to scroll down, just to be presented with a dozen article I've no interest in reading, what so ever.

Aaaaah!  Just fuck off will you.  Who cares if someone I've never heared of has just died, or the price of chickens in South East Asia.  :no

When you open a web page and the site is sluggish to load and you click on a link that you didn't want to because the page skips loading slowly causes your cursor to be in the wrong place which opens up a new tab.

Drives me fookin mad.

First world problems eh?

(Also hate people who use that phrase - not sure why I did, pissed off with myself now - bah!)

 :wave
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

Overly sticky adhesive labels on things which really don't need overly sticky adhesive labels on them.

Crockery being the main victim.

Worse when those sticky adhesive items are on clothes and you don't notice and they go through the wash and ruin said clothing item  :no

Needy people.

Attention seeking people.

'Let me post something to get a reaction' Kind of people.

A dangerous situation for people like me with personality disorders.  Too often we're viewed as being manipulative and attention seeking where all we're trying to do is communicate.  Amazing how even front line medical personnel are ignorant of basic mental health issues like this.  Fortunately the psychotherapy unit where i receive treatment is launching an outreach programme to try and educate people about stuff like this.

(Not getting at you btw, just that your post prompted me to share :) )

somebody claimed to have crashed because of this.

my mam parked in the phoenix park dublin and went off for the day. witnesses said a car went out of control and they wrote my mams car off. think they tried to drive off. few people who saw it said the one that crashed smelled of drink. her excuse was a wasp caused her to lose control

there were some complete morons about this morning. wankers pulling into overtaking lane then doing 50 mph to overtake something doing 49mph. 2-3 miles stuck behind one clown. nearly missed my turn off on motorway.

Is it possible the wasp flew in pissed after an 'all-dayer' & the other driver ate it causing the smell of drink & subsequently got pissed & crashed?

Amazon delivery twats – it’s looking like I won’t receive a game I pre-ordered months ago on release day which means I’ll have to trek to GAME (if they haven’t sold out) in order to get it tomorrow.

I normally wouldn’t mind but I’ve got a whole weekend booked up except for tomorrow where I was planning to eat junk food and play through the night.

Baby showers, gender reveals, baby bores on social media. All of that shite. It seems nowadays people (mainly the younger generation) have a baby to show the world they have a baby, and to tell everyone how amazing their baby is and update everyone 9 times a day about its name, the clothes it will wear, when it last kicked and how many hairs it has on its head.

Am I being a c*nt here? It fucking does my head in. I know we're in the 21st century, social media is a way of life now but I just don't recognise this world. Maybe I was born in the wrong era.

No you're absolutely spot on. These people are the worst kind of attention seekers. Announce your having a baby and take a picture a few days after you get home and that should be that. Why am I interested in your baby toddling around the park? The people that continually 'like' these pics are just as bad!

I can't remember if I posted almost this exact thing a few days ago, but obviously didn't.

There's a girl (well, woman) who I went uni with and honestly, she films EVERYTHING her kid does. He's like two, and he's a cute kid. And I get it's nice to record certain moments, but to me it'll be like 'remember when I filmed you chasing them ducks? Remember when I filmed you at the zoo? Remember us filming you alone on that bouncy castle?'. There was one the other day of the duck chase, and this kids chasing a couple of ducks and he's got his mum AND two of her mates all filming him, snap chatting him, instagramming him. Sure enough, few hours later they've all posted bear identical videos with various # and not one of them actually interacting with the poor kid.
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

No you're absolutely spot on. These people are the worst kind of attention seekers. Announce your having a baby and take a picture a few days after you get home and that should be that. Why am I interested in your baby toddling around the park? The people that continually 'like' these pics are just as bad!

I suppose it's natural to be proud of your own biological offspring but for other people to "like" them, particularly if they haven't met them, is creepy.

I've seen that film.  The Truman Show.
