Another driving related moan, especially for the pissy weather we've had recently - people who drive in pouring rain without putting any lights on. Going to Manchester on Sunday the rain was that heavy there were some cars you could barely see. Do they drive along thinking "thank Christ everyone's got their lights on so I can see them, but I'm fucked if I'm helping them out in the same way" - and alongside this, the twats who think they need their foglights on in the same weather are almost as bad.
