Cross has come from nowhere really and is playing some of the best darts i've seen. MVG should have beaten him but by fck has Cross taken his chance. Interesting to see how he does this year week in week out - can he keep this standard up?

nobody can play like this all the time, but he's not fallen away yet this year. had an awful game in the players champs semi but been pretty consistent otherwise.

I don't like Taylor's constant clowning around. I know he's getting smashed and it's his last tournament but it just seems so uncaring and boring when he's being a fool for the cameras... where's the grit! They way Cross is playing Taylor would probably get spanked anyway but still

Hopefully there's some more fight from Taylor after this intermission... it can typically do a lot for momentum

Taylor's only chance is if Cross chokes completely... like if he starts thinking how close he is to £400,000 and bottles a few darts, and then that gets into his mind. But I doubt that will happen, and if it does it will definitely come and go over 6 sets
