Looks legit to me. Just the way he's holding the bottle makes it look like he's got a double forearm.

Other hand holding the basket ...

Looks like a kid putting something in the trolley, and a pig trotter.

And Mig's hand blends with the oils in the background making it look weirdly long. Reckon it's legit myself.

Peter Beardsley in M&S food hall, Kingston Park Newcastle.

Seemed to be having trouble understanding the 'two dine in for £10 offer' because the check out girl sent him back to the display stand to try again.

Don't think he could decide between the lemon cheesecake and the profiteroles.

I can reliably report that Peter Beardsley has cracked these special offers in M&S food hall.

There he was again this morning - in his shorts no less - loading up the trolley with the Chinese special for a tenner. 'Alright Pete' I enquired? 'Alright mate how about you?' he replied.

And then he was gone, side stepping other shoppers and avoiding the shelf stackers like a mazy run through the opposition defence.

This could turn into a series. I'll keep you posted.

Lambert in Woodwards Formby on Sunday night just gone - a little worse for wear shall we say. It was his birthday though.

Then just now saw Hendo & Lallana walking into Tesco in Formby as I was walking out - in full LFC gear

That's a bit weird. Seeing some of our players while you had the full gear on.
Did they let on to you cos they knew you were a fan?

Funny. It was a bit mad as Tesco was chocca, some fella was chatting to Lallana but Hendo looked like a miserable get just looking on his phone

Had lunch yesterday with Phil the magician. In Favenza, well on the next table. Had a few snaps with some young dudes and was a good bloke for it. Nice family said hello.

Tesco

Ah-ha I see you have the family pack of Persil in your trolly.  I got that the other day from Tesco too. Big Family box of Persil Capsules by chance? reduced from £10 to a fiver?. Half fucking price no less!! Bargain.

I applaud a very nice in store find.  I did mine online using the Click & Collect function as it's much easier to find the reductions, so I doff my cap to you sir for finding it in-store!!!

If you need dishwasher tablets, the Tesco own brand 3-in-1 are heavily reduced too.  Being a Persil guy like myself you probably want the posh 'Finish' tabs for you dishwasher, but I can assure you the Tesco Own brand ones do just as good a job and leave no smears whatsoever on glassware.

Oh yeah, nice picture of Phil too.

I'm down in Staffordshire for a few days with work, and Asmir Begovic came in today. Absolutely massive. Huge. Literally seemed to fill the room. Standing next to him (I'm about average height) he felt double my size. Top keeper and a nice bloke too. Strange hybrid accent.
