A win here will put us 3rd, will it not?
2nd if we win handsomely.

I've said it a couple of times already in this thread and I'll say it again, there really will be no excuses if we drop points today,

Surely the excuse is we're not in good form? You can't just turn form on and off like a tap. We've haven't played well all season whilst managing to get a few decent results despite our poor performance. We've drawn 1 and lost 2 of our last 3 games. We haven't scored in the second half of a game all season and the last league goal we scored from open play(non Shelvey assisted) was against Villa in our second game. Seems like there is a valid reason whilst we might not win today and its the same reason we didn't win against Swansea or Southampton. We aren't playing well so far this season(especially offensively).

Suarez to come back scoring in the first minute straight from our kick off, Henderson just before the break to send us third, with mignolet rounding things up for us and the Sunderland old boys with a stoppage time direct free kick from our own half to leapfrog spurs on goal difference.

3-0.

Ergo, 1-1.

Wonder if we're going the 3-5-2 experiment again.

We really need to win with that side though. No lapses in concentration from the defence hopefully.

Suarez likes a goal against Sunderland too so hope he makes a mark on his return to the league in style.

Slightly worried as it would be very typical of us to let a team who is struggling and without a manager win.
