That's what I thought. The commentator at the time made out it was the Terry slip that was the mistake that lead to the goal and not Malouda's back pass.

Hes pushed it right past him. 100k+ a week and he cant play a ball to someones feet not 10 yards away

Terrys frantically tried to get after it but RVP had the run on him. He wouldve nipped past anyway.
