He's been their best player. Great turn of pace and skill before, he just raced away from his marker, beat one man with ease, and layed off a great little pass.

He also tracks back and is prepared to defend.

Excellent left foot and quality delivery onto the box.

Reminds me a bit of Vicente.

He reminds me a bit of Michael Owen with that no. 20 playing for Chile. His kit's toobig for him just like Mikey's was and he's got blistering pace. Hope he takes that form into the Premiership next year.

yes, he's a liverpool player without a work permit. he is elligible for spanish citizenship soon so he'll be here come the summer.

Thats what I thought but caught a glimpse at something to do with swapping him for a Depor player?? I hope that rumour is a load of crap and we get him over here as soon as!!

His performance on Saturday didn't surprise me - just can't wait to see him in a Liverpool shirt and speeding past defenders over here!

That rumour was about using Gonzales to sweeten a deal allowing Victor to sign for us on free with Speedy going on loan for 6 months.

having seen the three videos from his website i am very impressed.

the man is fast, can cross, and packs a shot.

as for being skilful we will have to wait and see just how skilful he is. we want skill but in the premiership if you can cope with the bullying and contribute to the team you are going places. looking forward to seeing him play his first game for us.

I'm producing a couple of clips myself where you can see that I can cross, shoot, score, run past defenders etc.

the champions of europe want to sign a player whose a Chilean international, are own manager refers to him as chiles best young player and we don't get him.

Good grief did you see that. That would have been some goal from our Mark. Little dribble in between two Barca players about 35-40 yards out and pinged it (from fully 35 yards) Valdez tipped it onto the post and it hit him on the back, almost went in. Little bit of magic out of the blue.

Agreed. Looks like this fella really has some skill...shame the shot didn´t go in.
