Alex Smith: 29/42, 372 yards, 4 TDs.  And now losing.

I will say that I think whoever wins this is going to get destroyed in the next round unless they sort their D out.

What are you talking about? He made the catch. The throw was as much to blame for him going out of bounds - it was just unlucky.

1) Indy have won a lot of games from bad positions

2) LOL

That was insane.

Chiefs clock management was dire - that drive halfway through the half they kept going out of bounds and burning time outs.

Injuries probably the deciding factor though.

Feel really bad for Alex Smith. Very good quarterback. Not the most exciting trigger man in the league, but he doesn't let you down. Luck showed great leadership in the comeback.

Congrats to Andrew and the rest of the O. This has drained me a bit cause I'm still in shock from what I have seen. Shades of Buffalo's comeback against the Houston Oilers in the 90's. Maybe even better.
Messi in fact doesn't have a recognizable trait.

is anyone doubting luck now after that? sure he made a few mistakes with picks but hes young, even with the depleted D on KC side, to do that, in a playoff game is absolutely incredible.

Ha ha. He was piss poor for 3 qtrs - the 4th qtr was more about KC running out of bodies and managing the clock like pop warner players rather the Luck pulling it out.

Is this a great game or are we just watching two crappy defences being killed?
A bit of both I'd say. Definitely not my kind of football with 89 points scored but it was entertaining.

Denial? Ha ha. As a Chargers fan I have no real interest in either KC or The Colts - so what exactly I'm in denial about I'm not sure.
