Could have easily had a registration period for this and sent out unique links.

But don't suppose it's worth it for the 7 sale it'll last about 45 seconds

And the rest I'd have thought

1355, only 165 less than Salzburg

minus 16 for hospo differnce between allocation, 149

Minus however many supporters dropped off the ladder, passed away, got banned for touting, and the odd individual who can't make this date and doesn't know anyone willing to go in their place

Won't be many miss out on 7 IMO

Yeah I’m thinking the same, specially as they stated that any additional sales will be announced later. Wouldn’t have expected them to do that if they know it would sell out in seconds and only a handful tickets available.
I can see some people not buying Napoli last season as it dropped to all members.

Will defo be a few who didnt, i just think there'll be a lot of natural drop off since pre-covid though too who'd have had genk and salzburg

But if 7/8 isn’t guaranteed surly the people with Genk & Salzburg keep buying otherwise 7/8 would have been enough??
But like you said only 165 less than Salzburg surely most on 7 will get one 🤞

They’ve done Fan Update since Salzburg and Genk too. In our group we had two people who’d been doing Euro aways for years on fancards. Got season tickets transferred from other people - and when the fan update was done the fan cards showed on their accounts as duplicates and were unusable. Might only be a handful but will be some drop off for that too.

Been to all of the last 8 but might miss this one. With Genk and Salzburg, should I be able to still get a Toulouse even without LASK?

Ohh yeah 1800 was probably the number I remember as it was rumoured being that for this one.
But still 1400 should be enough as Salzburg was 1525.

I think it’s pretty clear why they are selling tickets as 3-match packages.

Also, something for those playing the old “guess the allocation” game:
https://www.bayer04.de/de-de/news/europa-league/ticketvergabe-fuer-das-viertelfinal-rueckspiel-bei-union-saint-gilloise
Leverkusen’s initial* allocation in Brussels last season was the bare minimum 5% (1,025) due to higher home demand. Union Berlin got 2,000 (and I saw 2,600 mentioned later) as the demand for home tickets was lower.

*Don’t know if they then received more - 17k @ the Leverkusen game v. 15.7k @ the Union Berlin game - but it’s probably safe to assume it’s going to be pretty full for the Liverpool game.

Has anyone ever bothered buying tickets in the home end for a European away? I never really bother in the UK, doesn’t feel worth the risk but is the attitude stricter or more relaxed from fans and stewards when abroad?

Usually depends on the club, not done it personally but lads I know have when they've not got sorted

As long as you stay out of the 'ultra' areas you're usually fine, half the home end is hospo and uefa twats anyway

Question:

Does everyone think if cards with 7 of the 8 (Salzburg smallest) manage to get one in the Tuesday sale, would then be guaranteed for Toulouse?

I'm thinking yeah as it should be bigger allocation than LASK?

Only twice. Bayer Leverkusen 2002 and Real Madrid last season. I was on my own both times. I admit that I had had a bevvy or two in Leverkusen and was singing with the Liverpool fans who were dotted all around the stand. The locals were sound with me but, with hindsight, I should have been more respectful.

Real Madrid. I got a ticket off the RM website the day before the game. I was clearly with a load of ST holders who all knew each other. I kept my trap shut and smiled every now and then. It was sound.

I still wouldn't be surprised at all if everyone gets sorted in the 7 sale which would leave a few for the potential 6 sale.

I’ve done quite a few over the years in the home section: Roma twice, Benfica, Leverkusen, Marseille, Inter, AC, Bordeaux, Lille, Anderlecht, Auxerre, Fiorentina, Augsburg. Just kept my head down and never wore colours. Just got tickets today in the home section of the RUSG away match in December. Always complicated when Liverpool score of course especially when Owen got 2 away at Roma in 2001!

About 450 atm but still the best part of 24 hours until the sale ends and no point in really looking right now as a fair few will still get sold between now and tomorrow

I've been to Linz, pleasant city but it's not that big, a one dayer with the game included is enough, fly out the following morning, no need to do two days in Linz, I guess Salzburg was ticked only recently by many so Vienna by train to stretch out any trip

site wouldnt let me buy 1 in our group as f&f and qualifies, said the maximum had been bought already on his account, so tried switching names around, didnt work, deconnected and reconnected and didnt work.

checked his credits, it was all good so told him and he connected and bought it no problem from his own account later in the day. confirmation e-mail from lfc all ok as well.

maybe just a glitch in the system but not a nice feeling as all was in line with sales.

hope no body has this type of problem tomorrow as there maybe not much time to contact LFC to sort it if needed - YNWA

Unless you qualify yourself via your own account, you cannot buy via anyone on your f&f list, its been that way for all comps since the start of last season afaik.
