Trial nearing it's end, what does RAWK predict? BBC says the two things the prosecution has to convince jurors of are:
1) Trump falsified business records
2) It was, at least in part, done to aid his campaign
...which seems like a slam dunk, I don't see how there can be any doubt about either unless they just say that he had no idea about the whole thing and just left it to his employees, which would seem to be a standard refrain for him. I haven't been following it too closely to be honest so don't know how hard they have pressed that angle
I just can't believe a jury will convict a former president of a FELONY for this. It just seems like a monumental step for a not very monumental crime
