I think here you see the real reason they got rid of Ragy, because he was talking about major changes in the organization. Ten Hag is the perfect manager for the old boys club that is ManU. He's to inexperienced to actually be able to threaten them, and they can just keep on hiring more of their old buddies, like a mafia. Of course they say that they want Ten Hag to come in and change things, but that's the polar opposite of what they actually want.
