To think they could’ve got Darwin Nunez if they were still relevant. Gutted for them.
I feel it’s Martials season though , they’ll have a new hero , I can even see him get 10 goals.

From a utd board about Ronaldo

I can understand most clubs not wanting him, but I thought there would be at least one stupid enough to buy him for the marketing bullshit and 5 minutes of twitter fame it'd bring.

Someone should tell him there is one.

Bizarre. Has he done any coaching prior, and is it with the first team? He was wildly undisciplined with himself as a player so long may it continue when influencing Utd’s players.

Isn’t 85 mill only if the club reaches a certain amount of success? And then it will have worked out.

Also, apparantly 5 goals so far is apparantly not good enough. He(Nunez) is nowhere near Martial.

Minamino a flop? I’d say he was a huge success.Had a ridiculous goal record based on how much he played. Never meant to be a first or even second choice.

I mean when did 65 mill potentially becoming 85(which will require a certain amount of success) equal 100 mill?

At the risk of annoying some who think nothing could possibly be dodgy…it’s just the Manc media isn’t it. Liverpool must be seen to be spending loads, City and United must be seen to not be spending as much.

But he's a lifelong Man Utd fan! Like you say, he could be the Odion Ighalo of the coaching world.

But seriously, I know of an actual actual ex-Man Utd striker who scored a few goals for them, including the winner in a Champions League final, who could teach Rashford and Martial how to score goals. Anyone know what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is up to these days?

To be fair, they are at the stage now as a club where they know their team is hopeless for the foreseeable future so as fans of a lesser team, they automatically have to resort to talking down better teams to make themselves feel a bit better about life.

It’s all nonsense obviously, but pretty common in football. A few more years of Klopp and Guardiola and the United fans will have turned full blown Everton.

I think here you see the real reason they got rid of Ragy, because he was talking about major changes in the organization. Ten Hag is the perfect manager for the old boys club that is ManU. He's to inexperienced to actually be able to threaten them, and they can just keep on hiring more of their old buddies, like a mafia. Of course they say that they want Ten Hag to come in and change things, but that's the polar opposite of what they actually want.

Honestly there are no words to adequately describe how cringe and ermbarrassing that is. It's below the bottom of the barrel.

The only thing more embarrassing is that someone could, with a straight face, set up a website called The Pride of Manchester and have that cringeworthy shite on it and not realise or comment on how godawfully small time and embarrassing it is.

He`s not a 85 mill player etc?

They have some nerve evaluting players based on fees having the likes of Maguire and Van Bissaka in their squad.

Laughable, tragic and pathetic.  :wave

They've got more songs about us than they have about their own tinpot club.

For the self proclaimed 'biggest club in the world'  ::) they sure have a massive inferiority complex which they desperately try to mask with aggressive bile and arrogance.

We seem to matter to them more than their own club does. No wonder Everton lick their arses. Both as tragically sad as each other.
