Hilariously bad officiating that. Bloke has Matip round the neck in the box and pulls him over, linesman stands there like a lemon.  30 seconds later Oxlade-Chamberlain brushes the defender near the touch line, defender gives it the double pike and the linesman starts waving his flag about like Michael J fox in a hurricane.
