Can someone find Mane that played against city please?! He's been utterly woeful.

Gomes adds nothing to the attack and made a mistake that almost lead to goal.

VVD wins the first ball no one even challenges for the 2nd. What's the point?

Do expect to see Lallana soon. Telling that our most creative players against the parked bus are Van Dijk (with the chance for Salah) and Matip, whose run forward resulted in the only shot on target.

We simply can't consistently do anything when we have lots of the ball. It's becoming more and more obvious to other managers. We need new patterns, or a new player or two who can create something out of nothing.

Having said that, Swansea have played some slack passes, so if we can intercept one or two of them every 5 minutes, we should put 2 goals past them, unless Fabianski plays a blinder.

Karius has VERY slow feet, though.

At the very least would like to see Trent on for Gomez at half time. Gomez caught ball watching once or twice, dived in rash and adds nothing going forward.

This is the most liverpool game ever, after a great win go on to have a torrid game against some part timers in wales.

Also the most liverpool goal to concede, wonder what the stat is for goal conceded and the percentage of those goals coming from losing 2nd balls after a set piece.

We’ve been utterly ponderous. I know he’s young but Gomez stunk the place out in that half.

Better to go 1 down after 40 minutes than 90 I guess, if we actually wake up we can still win this.

All of Mane, VvD and Salah would have scored those chances last week. Shit goal to concede, came with loads of luck though.

Why oh why is Wijnaldum so utterly useless when we aren't against a top 6 side at home? Take him off at half-time, it's like playing with 10 men. Can has been equally disappointing after a good display last week, decent pass to Mane aside.

That's a disgustingly bad half from Wjinaldam and AOC. Chamberlins worst half since he got here.
Both of them total passengers when we had the ball - unable to get on it, transition to our front 3 or hurt Swansea in any way
We're constantly funnelling it out to Robertson who has zero options because we have no ability to get on the ball in the middle of the pitch inside their half

Seems a very complacent performance hopefully the goals a wake up call , VVD wasn't great giving the second corner away and subsequent poor header away , gomez seems a bit out of sorts and front four besides the 2 decent chances just not clicking . Need to try and get around the sides of Swansea .
