A team doing well in the Championship at home to a Premier League team who are inconsistent - they are thinking possible upset. They always pick at least one of these so no surprise to me.
We are a team of one half.

I was thinking this too. If it was a conference team, then maybe. Not against a league 1 team though.

Still find the West ham vs Forest game baffling.

Blackburn v Man City sounds duller to me. Would expect an upset more in the Forest game.

I'm sorry but you all know nothing about Carolyn Radford.

She's an intelligent woman who's done wonders for our club along with John. Our owner before us had middle aged men making decisions that were bleedy the club dry. Carolyn has organised our club to become run at a much more economical and efficient fashion.

Have a bit of class thank you very much.  :wave

Maybe that piece of advice would be suited to your CEO.

I don't know much about her, granted. So I'm not in the best position to talk. Like most Liverpool fans, my knowledge of her extends to the match last season, and a few brief snippets when I've watched non-league footy. But her comments in the wake of the game last year were petty, childish, brainless, and most of all, incendiary. Had any LFC executive made such a stupid faux pas, they would have been slaughtered for it. All day she was playing for the cameras and making a general fool of herself in a rather undignified manner.

I can see from Mansfield's upward trajectory and the fact that they're doing reasonably in the football league now that she obviously has a good grasp of her duties. I like the club too, it was a great away trip last year. Her comments were bintish in the extreme though.

Post the game I tend to agree but I understand why. A lot of people were really annoyed at the club after the game for obvious reasons and I agree her comments were over the top. Only Paul Cox was able to hold his emotions back. ITV knew what the were doing. However, outside of those they were just standard comments I'd say. Same kind of things John Radford was saying.

Whatever happen let's just hope there won't be any controversy like Suarez's handball goal. I think that shitty commentator Jon Champion called Suarez a cheat or something during the match.

Yeah, along the lines of 'that is the work of a cheat'. It was a disgraceful comment even if everyone else was having a go at Suarez at the time. He was rightfully reprimanded.

Your manager showed a heck of a lot more class than the people in charge and throw water on the situation when the people asking questions after the match were baiting him and waiting for him to bite.

I was taken aback by the anger of Champion towards Suarez. I'm not in the least bit surprised Liverpool fans contacts the TV station in their droves to complain, he crossed the line.

He's a genuinely good guy who just understands that things happen in football. He was probably boiling over on the inside but it was simply the ref that was at fault.
