Chelsea definitely. Also Spurs fans. Agree that there are some fans at all clubs with the tendency to overrate their own team's chances/ability (looks around room)..

I remember one in a pub who couldn't understand the difference between net and gross spending, and how Chelsea and Liverpool differed in that regard. God he was utterly clueless and I had to walk away. Even his mate was embarrassed by him.

Probably one of the smaller teams in PL. In footballl world though Dutch fans are generally very knowledgeable.
