Well that's a bit shit, Suarez will get blamed for that as well. Not what we need, hope Suarez puts three in their net.

Ashley Williams may not shake Suarez's hand, admits Laudrup

It's funny because Suarez doesn't give a s*it

Rodgers said that he has spoken to Williams and that Luis has also spoken to Williams and that everything is now cool between them, although I fully expect Luis to give Williams a torrid time on Sunday.

One all draw written all over this methinks. It will be a great gauge of how we're going. Swansea have impressed me this season.  Would like to see henderson start in midfield but I doubt it will happen.

It's what we've played most games, with the 2 and then the 1. Just Gerrard isn't the best defensively. But he has been playing deep.
Meant Hendo alongside Allen, and releasing Gerrard from defensive duties by pushing him up further forward.
The courts, the rich, the powerful or those in authority never lie. It has been dealt with 'by the courts' nothing to see here run along.

That's hilarious. What a hero. Very justified. After all Suarez clearly provoked this by...playing against him. What were the past incidents involving handshakes? Racism rows, affairs amongst team mates... I hope Williams doesn't shake Suarez's hand, would show just how desperate for attention he is.

It's the first time in a while that Rodgers has some quality options at his disposal and it's great to see. Genuinely have no idea what the team will be whereas in previous weeks we've had an inkling as to what the team will be.

Ashley Williams may not shake Suarez's hand, admits Laudrup

Ashley Williams may not shake Suarez's hand because no-one knows who the fuck he is outside of Swansea and it will give him some publicity for his book that no-one outside of Swansea will buy.

Suarez should have a Moyes type celebration lined-up, pretending to read a book (or something funny).

It was on Sky, yesterday evening. Rodgers was surprisingly in casual clothes and not LFC gear and spoke about the situation.

Last season we were already on the beach with a pina colada in hand. Terrible game, witnessed by 10,000 Welsh Elvises and a subdued travelling Kop who just wanted to say bye-bye to Dirk and get back on the train.

This season should be different. Rodgers will want to show he's doing well despite outwardly ignoring all that side of the fixture, there's a decent unbeaten run to maintain, a number of rested first-teamers and an almighty balls up in midweek to bounce back from.

I'd take a draw now, but I hope the team isn't thinking like that. We can beat these. Need to subdue Michu, and all we need then is for Williams to snub Suarez and that should be just the motivation the team needs to go out and twat them  :)

Nervous! Really need to win one of these next two aways, ideally two obviously. Hopefully twat Southampton aswell so we at the very least come out of this next week with 6 points which is decent. I just want no sulking from the players if/when the unbeaten run ends. No drama, we just start another one but I hope thats a while off yet.

Swansea are not near so good as many think , i watched their match with Newcastle last week and make no mistake they got lucky big time.
Newcastle had nearly 30 shots at goal in fact i'm sure the commentator said it was most efforts by any team all season and with Luis on fire at the moment i think we can win this.

Who the fuck is Ashley Williams?

A loss or a draw against these Johnny-come-latelies is a bad result. They'll be up for it and playing at home, but fuck lads, it's only Swansea. We have to stop talking down the team at some stage.

Let's twat them and get ourselves back to back league wins.

Would mind seeing

                  Reina

Glen     Skrtel      Agger    Enrique

              Henderson

           Allen     Sahin

 Gerrard      Suarez    Sterling

With Allen or Sahin dropping back when Swansea attacking , Would see us have a lot more players in ther best postions and move Gerrard closer to Suarez

Tbf, it wouldn't be any great surprise. People get carried away after a victory and it was no different last week after beating Wigan with people predicting 5-6 game winning streaks leading up to Christmas. In reality it is nearly a year since we recorded back to back wins in the PL so recent history suggests we wont win tomorrow.
That said we should be reasonably well rested and should have some extra motivation due to one of their players comments this week...can't remember his name  ???

We are more than capable of beating them.
But I can't help thinking that if you offered me a draw now, I'd take it.
13mins - Bournemouth have gone home. Utd kicked off anyway. Still 0-0 as Smalling passes it back to De Gea.

So for a very rough way of looking at a 65pt target for an average 4th, swansea away we need a draw and spurs away a loss. Obviously we're off target atm so anything more than 1 point here would be a great help.

I would be utterly shocked though if Suarez didn't get booked for 2 reasons. 1, Spurs seem to be in the FA's holy trinity of clubs they wish to succeed to varying degrees including utd and arsenal- whilst us, chelsea and city are at the very opposite of the scale. 2, no better way than an inexperience ref "stamping his authority on a match", micheal oliver style, and giving a yellow to someone everyone hates.

You never know though, the ref might be full of naive optimism that he can restore some kind of respect to proper match officiating and has a solid game. All whilst Suarez runs rings around that small time nutsack with his 3 page journal of feelings.

Nice of soccer saturday there, highlight nothing about Suarez and his goals last week, just what williams said about him and a tackle he made reply it about 7 times and bring up the martin samuel piece on how he cant be player of the year - disgusting, absolutely dreadful.

Or just swerve knee-jerking the headline before you've read the quotes.

Great write-up Roy, a nice light appetizer to tomorrow's match!
