If the story is true, then he is a victim. And as a victim has the right to tell his story in any which way he wants.
Surely that statement is full of contradictions. You say "if" it is true, he has the right to tell it in any way he wants, but surely he can only tell it in a true way, because otherwise the story is not true, in which case by your logic, he is not a victim, and therefore doesn't have the right to tell it how he wants.
I would say a victim has the right to tell their story, especially if the perpetrator has been convicted in court, but only the right to tell the truth, when it involves accusations against other real life people.
