Well done you. you hero. It's called an opinion.
I have never liked this race. Although Mansell driving like a whirling dervish behind Senna for 20 or 30 laps may look exciting, I am of a different opinion, because without a mistake there is no chance of an overtake. It’s all too much like a procession. The only procession I like is the one in Cologne at Carnival time, where you have time for a few drinks before the floats disappear around the corner. I also appreciate the tradition and that the drivers may actually like driving there but to me it’s just so frustrating that it is all wrapped up as a “cracking race”
These street races are there only to earn big money for a limited amount of people and unfortunately I’m not one of them. They are mostly boring and the limitations regarding overtaking make the races nothing more than a fill in until the next real race. Today if there had been no accidents I would have been out walking the fictitious dog half way through.
I have no dog and you never know what will happen, so that’s why I stayed. It went the way of most of the races here though, so nothing new there.
