Just seen our next 3 games are all at home - great chance to put 9 points on board, apply some pressure to those around us and see how we’re looking heading into Leicester away on 15th May.

Start with 3 points tomorrow and more minutes for Diaz.

A brilliant opening post Sheer Magnetism   :wellin

The way this season has played out I have given up on feeling confident, anything could happen on Sunday but at least its at Anfield so hopefully we can give Spurs a proper game but if Lloris is not back I expect Forster to play a blinder against us.

The match officials especially Tierney and Coote will need to be alert to usual Kane gymnastics, get that right and we should have to much for them.

Any win will do.     :scarf :scarf :scarf

Excellent read to start the thread.  The way Brighton and Villa are playing we need to keep winning to secure European football.  Win all six remaining games and you never know.

Beat these and it puts us well on the way to Europa League place ahead of these and Brighton.

Spurs should try and finish 7th, they might actually finally win something if they're in the Conference League, although they even cocked that up last season.

In their defence didnt they pull out due to Covid related incident ??

Bad news (not that there was much doubt who would be commentating) but I’ve Just seen Martin Tyler checking in at the Malmaison

Reckon Diaz starts.

Would be harsh to drop either Jota or Gakpo, no?

Think he only starts if Jota’s back isn’t 100% after Wednesday.

Diaz wouldn’t have 60 mins in him, would he?

I’d like to see us stick with as close to the same XI as we can. If Jota doesn’t make it then there’s a decision to be made and I wonder if it involves Jones and possibly shifting him out left and further up the pitch.

Konate for Matip & Nunez for Jota only changes that should be considered.

Yeah, 9 points from the next 3 is a must if we are to have an outside chance of top 4. We really need to use these 3 consecutive home games to try and apply some pressure on the teams above us.

Same team unless Konate is fit.

Not sure I’d make any other changes. Thiago coming in to help rotate might be the only other change

Definitely. 3 home games in a row, players back fit, few wins under our belt… no excuses, start today with 3 points.

Great OP. I feel guilty that I took pleasure in reading about Levy trying to bargain down the price of Grealish from Ł6 Million, only for Man City to get him off the same team for Ł100 Million.

Need to be careful on the midfield today. Don't want Son and Kane double teaming on the Right CB with Trent often roaming about

Slightly surprised it’s Elliott rather than Thiago but I guess that’s to do with the role. Be great if Konate is back but Matip will be fine if he’s not. Very excited to see Diaz from the start again

Fingers crossed from me, what Liverpool will turn up today?
