Have Aston Martin got any more upgrades to come? They seem to have stagnated slightly compared to the teams around them.

We know he’s in a world of his own at the moment. It would have been nice for him to be behind for longer, as he’d be using his tyres a lot harder than normal.

Exactly, usually Verstappen would have sailed off into the distance by now but the McLarens are staying with him, that’s a huge positive

Updates are working to a point for McLaren, but there's not been too many slow-speed corners in the last couple of races.  Think that if they head off to a track without the sort of higher speeds Austria and GB given in the race they'll shuffle more back to the midfield.  Time will tell, and I hope I'm wrong though.

So Red Bull have informed Verstappen that rain is coming while Mercedes is telling Russell the rain will miss Silverstone. One of them is going to be wrong.  :D

Rain will make things interesting. But this is a huge leap forward by Mclaren.

Bit embarrassing that Mclaren are getting more out of their Mercedes engine than Mercedes themselves

Yep!

Love a lot of the ground level photo/video work at Silverstone - being in such a flat area, you get some really unique shots with minimal background.

Not convinced by the Ferrari strategy for Leclerc. Surely if you can do 20 laps on a soft then it’s close to being possible to one stop with medium-soft.

Verstappen beginning to inch away now, a shame he wasn't behind Norris for a bit longer as he'd have been forced to use his fronts a lot more than what he's had to in the last few laps.

Could have just left that pinned for the majority of his time at Ferrari to be honest.

Leclerc looks as though he's speeding up a bit more now, but it's taken a while for him to find the advantage from those tyres.

it never fails to amuse me how wrong the tyre predictions seemingly always are.

"the softs will only do about 10 laps" as russell is still going round on lap 26.

The C4 coverage just had the same thought I had, that the Medium runners, with the lighter cars as the fuel reduces, they should push on to lap 30-32 and get 20 laps on the soft.  Russell's showing it can be done.  They used some of the longer-lasting compounds this GP, didn't they?

Piastri has been really impressive. Don’t understand why they didn’t give him softs like RB gave Perez though. Feels overly cautious.
