Surely there’s more chance of getting at least one if there’s 3 single entries? That’s how we’ve always done ours and we’ve always got at least one.

Yeah, the numbers show that... look at the % chances of 0  :duh

Couldn't be doing applying as singles as there's too high a chance of at least one of your group pulling a short straw. 5 in ours and as far as I'm aware we stand a better than 50% chance of the whole group getting a Wembley ticket. That'll do for us

Same …we’ve gone for an all or nothing approach. We have 8 in the ballot so all go or all don’t.

Make it 2 instead of 1 and change the name on the drop down list on the next page to the person you want it to be (obvs both have to be eligible and be in the correct age bracket)

Surely the only statistical benefit of singles is if you’ve got a mate that qualifies but can’t go. Eg. If two of you want tickets but you have three ballot entries. Pushes up your odds of you both getting a ticket.

Yeah. Me and my fella qualify but I get dibs as he’ll stay at home if we only get one. Makes sense to go as single entries.

I would have done the same but I have to register my daughter as a junior this time (I could do separate entries in 2022) so we’re in together. In this respect only I can’t wait till she’s a young adult!

Had the same scenario. Bit bizarre really as nephew is 15 and selling notice states that children under 13 only, need to be accompanied by an adult.

We've done a 5 and a 6. Assuming a 50% chance, 1 in 4 for immediately breaking open the champagne, 1 in 4 for immediately looking for a set of rope and 2 in 4 that a chunk of us are going.

Did suggest to one of our mates to split him and his Dad over the two entries but he's gone all or nothing also. So ours is split into those of us based up north and those of us based down south. So if one group doesn't come out they can at least all meet up and watch it together.

Would have gone balls deep with all 11 if given the chance. We did singles last time out for 10 of us and got 2 tickets. Not that this means we'd get the same outcome but if we're gonna have a couple coin flips lets hope we get one of them and at least 5 people are going to Wembley.

Will probably lose both now but there we are ;D

c*nts, zero fucks given to the match going supporter as per usual. Refunds for those that have already booked trains? No fucking chance.

This is far better for train goers from Liverpool. At half 4 you're not making a train back if it goes to extra time (like 2022). 3pm clearly the most sensible time when you have fans travelling from the north west and it should have been that from the outset. The fan trouble angle is laughable.

In reality it should be played Saturday but that's another discussion.

Agree lots more trains up to the northwest My last train would be 20.30 to Wigan which would have been a problem with a 4.30 pm kick-off

It was more aimed at those getting trains down, say you had booked to get there for 1400, 2.5 hours before ko...not unreasonable at all but no way would you risk arriving at that time now.

Absolute joke.

£900 for a league cup final.

It makes the wait for these ballot results all the more painful - another week!

nice one, did you book the £10 ones or the free ones? I’m in the ballot so will be free ones for me

To be fair so are the vast majority of us.

Suspect they’ll still be £10 tickets left if you get on it as soon as the results are out.

I did the £10 ones as most of us are travelling from different places and wanted to guarantee entry for all of us. Did the free ones for the semi final and managed to get in although it was fairly packed when we got in so we were quite lucky. Did the paid ones for the Final.

bargain in comparison if you're a chelsea fan paying £350  :o

i wonder at what amount of repeated success our touted prices would need to drop from lack of interest (in paying a tout), or if it'd always be like this if we went through an extended domination period

You have to enter them with either an adult or a YA unfortunately.

A child cant attend on their own, and the terms are tickets aren't transferable

What's the issue?

The issue for me is the child goes with me but I have aways and he doesn’t so we can’t register together or separate which is a piss take

This needs sorting by the club. Can sort of understand why they won’t let over-qualified adults drop down into a later sale when it affects number of successful ballot positions that can be allocated. But excluding a child from the ballot entirely is just wrong simply because the adult who goes all the homes with them qualifies for a previous sale because they also have aways. That’s ridiculous.

4 Adults in the guaranteed sale (Home & Away credits)

1 child had the email off LFC stating you can enter the ballot.

but in reality said child can not enter the ballot without an adult, the same adults who are guaranteed tickets.
*Child will be going with the 4 guaranteed so there's the Ad/Child assuming the ballot was a success
