Don't think it's a great look for Rodgers to complain about the PL not calling off their game with Spurs tomorrow.

Yes, they have nine players out but it's not just COVID - there's also injuries in there and other illnesses. If only 2/3 have COVID, I don't think it passes the threshold to get the game caleld off, although the PL really does need to put some clear rules in place.

Also, Spurs asked for the game to be called off too. But not for COVID reasons, because they wanted to play Rennes tomorrow instead. They're already two games behind everyone though, so not surprising it was rejected.

Granted he might have viewed winning the LC as a good chance to qualify for Europe next season, but he might have fucked Leicester for the next little while by going with as near a full strength lineup after a COVID layoff with matches against Man City and Liverpool two days apart in the league.

They've now likely won't have Ricardo, Soyuncu and maybe Vardy for those matches. At 1-3, these should have held on, but  they looked terrified once we turned it up a gear and Konate shut Vardy out. It seemed inevitable we'd win if we equalized. It amazes me how Rodgers has still not figured how to close things out

I've always thought it a bit odd that such a multi-cultural city (there's an expectation that the 2021 Census will show more Asian people than White people now, for example) has a fanbase that is pretty much all white males.  You're probably right that they draw a high proportion of their fans from the county rather than the city.

Any fanbase that still trots out "feed the scousers" isn't worth wasting our time with.  The deprivation Liverpool experienced from around the time that chant first started up is commonplace in near enough every city in England now and yet football fans - football fans! - still roll out pro-Tory chants.
