64 (69 with March coming in off the bench) so far, with Trent left to play.

Hopefully should gain a few points on those above me this week, which is nice.

59 with Trent left to play.. small green arrow after a dry run of reds.

Benched Chilwell and Gabriel so smart decisions there (unless Trent has a stinker)

Ended GW31 with 78(-4)=74.

Having Trent in definitely made a massive difference!

Onto FH32  ;D I'm like 3 points off the top 100k. First time ever I'm taking FPL seriously.

Got 82 this week thanks to the Alex Moreno transfer in.

I have 9 players in for this game week but no Liverpool players. Tempted to take a hit to get in Gakpo for Rashford as his injury seems serious.

I am top of a League with 48 players and have a 28 point cushion but the lad that always wins has Salah in but no Haaland. He has triple captain and free hit to play so trying to second guess his tactics.

Yeah. It’s still a hit if the player doesn’t return. Tempted with Eze or Gakpo.

Our teams are wildly different too (both have Kane and Odegarrd)

I reckon he plays free hit this week and then tinkers with team ahead of GW34 when it’s a double. Haaland seems obvious triple captain but Mo be a good shout then too.

I've taken a -4 to get Salah in ahead of the double in GW34.

IN       OUT
Isak > Kane
Salah > Mitoma

Aiming to pull in Estupinian and get Mitoma back ahead of the double as well (although I'm slightly wary of their final few fixtures being pretty tough, so a possible need to pull them back out again and tie up transfers).

Yeah

I have nine in this week and convinced the lad in 2nd plays free hit.

Tempted to take out Rashford for Gakpo or Eze but it means they must get an attacking return.

I reckon Gakpo starts as he always does plus a goal and assist last night

Eze would save you 2m, two tempting fixtures as well, I think I would go with Gakpo but dont hold me to that

I do have a full team apart from my sub keeper

I have two transfers if needed

Fella I am playing this week has no bench and missing at least two more starters but does have a wild card left

Isn't Rashford due to return the week after their blank fixture? I'm not a fan of transferring a player out and straight back in... but maybe that's why I'm mediocre at this game, after all, Eze was the bloke I had my eye on this week but I decide nah, Rashford is only out for 2 weeks, I'm sure Brennan Johnson vs Maguire will do for now...

Timescale on Rashford is confusing

They have some tough fixtures either way

I hate chasing points but it can be beneficial

I have 8 players that should start next gameweek and 2 free transfers.

I have my free hit and WC left as well.

Gameweek 34 is where one of those comes into play as City, United and US have a double week.

I don't have Salah or Watkins which may cost me in my title.

Difficult decisions to be made - looking at this weekend you'd only fancy us and Arsenal to score big but even that's not a guarantee.

So I'm 100% free hitting this game week and I'm struggling to decide between Jota vs Gakpo. I know majority will go with Gakpo but my gut is telling me Jota. Now he has those two goals vs Leeds, I just have a feeling he's going to go on a run. He just needed to get that goal. But I know there is a risk of minutes and that's even the same with Gakpo tbf, which brings across the possibility of going Robbo instead of both of them (assuming Salah and TAA are your other 2 LFC picks).

I know I'll change my mind at least 10 times  ;D

Unchanged at weekend I reckon.

If I was free hitting then I would load up on Palace, Arsenal and Liverpool players.

I don’t think you can leave out Watkins.

Which is exactly what I'm doing mate. My Palace and Arsenal 3 are pretty much fixed. Just whole Jota vs Gakpo for Liverpool for me.

Also you're 100% correct about Watkins. He's a must have imo.

That’s a tough one.

I am thinking I now transfer Kane and Rashford out to bring in Salah and a striker (tempted with Solanke or Isak). It’s a 8 point hit as already played transfer but would give me 20 point lead in my League and I can match the Mo captaincy of 2nd place.

I hate losing points to chase points as it doesn’t always work and we have tough match at West Ham midweek.

Plus in my League, there’s a last team standing competition and I am still in that.

Martenelli I think

Unless I bring in Mo and Isak for Rashford and Kane thinking ahead of the DGWs. This would give me ten players for this week.

He’ll start and he scored in bursts and we have Forest at home, and a decent run of games after that so can see the logic.

That Villa goal today cost me 8 points, probably more with bonus. Very frustrating.

Salah captain was a decent call, he's in too good form not to have him now.

Only got Kane left to play but I've lost ground on the leader and the chasing pack are getting closer.

I've got Free Hit and Wildcard left which is effectively 2 free hits this late into the season.

Gameweek 34, half the players of the game are going Haaland captain and the other half Mo. Going to be a big decision that one.

On 76 points with Trippier to play.

I'd quite like to add Jota to Salah, but I already have Trent and Ali as well. Removing Ali is the obvious answer, but without either FH or WC I'll probably need to persist and use the free transfers elsewhere.

86 on a Free Hit! Up to 36k in the world now!

Good effort, that.

I'm up to 212k now, which might be about as high as I've been all season. Had a few above average weeks, and no real stinkers in between, which has seen me climb from 10th/11th to currently 4th in my main league, and within touching distance to 2nd and 3rd (1st is about 50 further out). All to play for!
