There's going to be thousands of people that don't make the game because they've got too pissed beforehand.
As I've said before, the Full English is just the base upon which the Scots/Welsh/NI have improved upon. Sorry but the Full English is the worst of the British breakfasts.
If you’d be willing to make the trip to Ostend (I think 1h30 by train from Brussels), there’ll be loads of reds as the Flemish supportersclub is based there... Good weather predicted as well so gonna be a boss day at the Belgian coast..
Where are people heading during the day? I am sorted for the ground for the match but town before heading up to Anfield late afternoon.
If you're talking about the Toon, I'd suggest The Crows Nest. But I see you're from Brisbane, so If you're talking about Newcastle, Australia I can't help.
think the sandon and twelfth man are doing screenings too, but likely to be bedlam.
I keep saying I’m going to pace myself but Big fuck off fry-up in the morning to line the stomach then I’m getting into town for midday at the latest. Might just have to drink pints of water between actual pints or something... yeah, that’s not happening. I’ll be floating in the Mersey by 5pm.
Pretty happy with Arse taking it.
Ya what?
David Platt has a face like a Michael Myers mask being stretched over a dinosaur egg.
Aquilani is better than Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Messi and Beckenbauer put together.
Seems to be saying that they got in touch over the spare tickets and they wanted well over face value for them.
Realistically if we win I want the first question I ask the next day to be 'did we win?'
Getting to Anfield from Limestreet, will this be total carnage if I'm arriving at 6.30ish?
Should be less hassle than a normal match day. Slightly less people going than a full house . The station will probably be quiet too as anyone going to pubs etc will already have arrived well before that.
The amount of people don’t even care about football I’ve heard are going out for this is a joke. I
You're having a laugh mate. 40,000 - 50,000 at Anfield. Big screens set up in town - live outdoor showings all over town. Loads of locals going and loads of surrounding areas/OOTs and OOCs plus the usual Saturday crowd and shoppers and the usual Students.Town is going to be absolutely rammed. Everyone is going - going to be hundreds of thousands of people around in town and Anfield and around Anfield. Most of the pubs are already sold out and booked solid with lock-ins.
United used to win titles on easy street, time for us to take over that real estate
In a free state there should be freedom of speech and thought. Tiberius Caesar Augustus, Roman Emperor & General (42 BC - 37 AD)
It's not 40-50,000 at Anfield. It's just lower tiers isn't it?
Read earlier this week that'll be 32,000.
Read the same. Seems light to me given main stand upper and KD upper only areas unused. Would think that made 40k there but who knows
Is Anny Rd Upper getting used?
will i find parking in and around liverpool town centre from 6pm onwards??
Free or paid for? Def the latter somewhere or other.
The time he is arriving is late on mate. Of course town and anfield will be heaving. But most people will be in position by that time. Be it a bar or the many screenings etc. The station itself won’t be too bad I reckon.
Bit left field here.... Where are places NOT showing the footy, and won't be rammed, which will be decent for a few pints later afternoon? Heading to Anfield after, want some decent beer...

Anyone from outside of the UK who bought tickets for the Anfield screening in last weeks general sale and haven't had them delivered by now? They didn't arrive today so i'm slightly worried they won't before i board my plane on saturday morning
Will probably be going to Fly in the Loaf. Good pub with loads of screens?
Just seen a return flight from manchester to Kiev for £300, So tempting!! I'd never get a ticket though, the local it is then
