Missed out on the ballot, missed out on BOSS Night.  Anfield screening was a back up but even that's gone.  Gonna have to be a bar in town that's not doing ticketed entry but got no ideas where.

Someone on Twitter posted this place:

https://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Liverpool/Circo/Liverpool-vs-Real-Madrid-Champions-League-Final/13214549/

Never been so no idea what it will be like...

Still hoping that they will open up the rest of the stadium for big screens - otherwise we're considering travelling up to Liverpool (but struggling to find cheap rooms to stay in overnight) to join in the madness or will settle for Cheltenham.

I would imagine they will do, if they can make the logistics work, i. e. Get more screens, get people to work and probably sort out policing.

Not sure if it's true or not, but I saw someone mention that they wouldn't because it would ruin the grass at that end before the Brazil match.

Are Sky showing it? If so you can download the NOW TV app and buy a 24 hr Sports pass which costs about 7 quid if I recall, although I think you can buy vouchers for cheaper on eBay. That's IF Sky are showing it. I'd recommend doing a trial run of the app too, so that you make sure it works.

Now I think of it, I'm pretty sure you can get a free trial of NOW TV. I don't know.
Ooh I have Now TV...ill check it out.

Think Bt are streaming it free to air via their YouTube channel if that’s any good? BT don’t do a day pass or equivalent that I’m aware of.
BT streaming it for free? That would be amazing. I'll have a look into that.

Not true. Mainly because that doesn't make any sense. There are already going to be screens all the way down two sides/ends. At this point they may be trying to source more screens, trying to arrange logistics, or just sitting on their arse. Suppose we will find out this week or next but don't expect any notice if any more do come on. Surprised no one has found out for sure yet.

Looks like Baltic Market, McCooley's or The Sandon.  Although I'd prefer to be in town.

I see so many is asking about expencive flights. Why don't anyone arrange busses to Kiev? Could be much cheaper.

And for the expensive hotels? Have anyone looked for any Ukrain fan site? Maybe there are many lfc supporters in Kiev that can host for other fans for free?
And what about abnb?

At last: because it sounds expensive- we should start som fundraising for our travelling mates. They are over there - supporting. I would like to donate just a little to help them help the team, because I can't go. Maybe other are thinking the same?

That’s really nice mate, if you want to help someone local in need then rather than people going for a piss up check out An Hour For Others on Facebook, our very own Trent is an ambassador :)

Might have to watch this one in West Yorkshire. Most likely Leeds. Don’t suppose anyone knows of any LFC supporters screenings? Pretty sure most pubs will be full of Leeds and Man Utd fans cheering Madrid.

Watched the Roma games in the Victoria Gate Casino in town. Plenty of reds. Slightly odd atmosphere what with it being a casino but two huge screens so it was good fun.

The screens at the moment won’t be on the pitch at all.

They are in the Astro and path on main stand side

They won’t put any on KD side I wouldn’t think. The run off and slope isn’t conducive to it

Annie road end maybe but I’d be surprised

Can’t see any chance of them sticking them on the pitch in my opinion

Depends on how far out of Leeds you want to go mate. There’s a pub in Keighley (nearer Bradford than Leeds) called The Royal that will be full of Reds, landlord is an LFC fan!

That was my point guys and why there is no issue about them being on the pitch / rumour not true as they aren't on there to begin with anyway and they can just do the same with the ARE, I reckon there's enough room behind the touchline that end. Didn't think about the KD side though and yeah probably not enough room there so if anything will be the ARE but we will see soon enough!

I've lived in Leeds for the past decade or so and I've alwayd had a good experience watching the big games in town.

The locals won't want a Madrid win, they hate the Mancs with a passion but the majority are quite supportive of us.

There's a fair few reds going to a reasonably newish bar at the top of town called the Brotherhood.

I've not been in but the atmosphere looks decent. A season ticket holder I know is going there to watch it with a few other reds. Might be worth a shout.

Group of mates of mine, 3 of us reds, 3 blue noses and 6 or 7 mancs.
1 of my red mates is 50/50 if he can get the next day off work to have a session. The other, lets just say its better if he watches the game at home, he's a bit like Alan Smith that used to play for Leeds. Sound fella, fairly quiet, but when it comes to football............TV's, glasses and more importantly other people are safer if he watches football alone
I dont know whether to head out with the mancs, or get the reds to my gaff for it.

I've a couple of mates who work for the company who do all the Audio Visual for our press conferences, awards do's etc. Just asked one and she said they do the inside stuff not the outside, but she is going to ask tomorrow if any more screens are being added, but she doesn't think so.

Nice one lads. I went to Liverpool in '05 and '07, but can't get there this time. I don't normally go into to town to watch our big games. Just imagined Leeds and Man Utd fans cheering the oppo and me losing it.

Glad to hear that's not the case. I want a nice partisan crowd for this one.

I know the Brotherhood. A place called Ayre Bar at bottom of Leeds can be good for football too. Just wasn't sure what the general vibe would be.

Id say you’d be fine at the Baltic market at one mate , what is it’s capacity?

Managed to get sorted for the Baltic Market this morning.

They have capacity of 400 and claimed to have 15,000 trying to get tickets. https://www.facebook.com/events/538969759837730/permalink/541781109556595/?ref=1&action_history=null (it sold out in literally 1 second)

Similarly Boss night has a capacity of 300 and had 12,000 people trying to get tickets.

Town is going to be ridiculous so glad I've managed to get a ticket somewhere otherwise I'd probably just watch it at home.

There are loads of places they could do it around the city. There is a huge bit of land towards where Everton are (not) building their imaginary new stadium that has been used for various events recently which would fit thousands on and is only a short walk from town, plus loads of parks and green spaces you could use.
