Something the club wish they could get rid of.

Mate of mine has 2. Asked the club if he could swop for a STH instead. Was told no.

Apparently the original agreement stated that on the move to the new stadium in Stanley Park they would get a ST.

Out of curiosity how many windows do you open? Yet again not once in 4 years have I got a window less than an hour

This is what I can never figure out - if you have all the qualifying games, then you should be in with a very high chance of a ticket surely? logging into the site should be required and then it's easy to check your purchase history on login to determine whether you can even get on the sale as that would save a whole lot of time.

They can check purchase history/if you qualify at checkout easily enough so a pre check shouldn't be too hard to implement. They just can't be bothered with the hassle since as far as they're concerned the tickets are getting sold.

Seems to happen to me all the time. Didn't qualify for today's sale so obviously didn't try but for yesterday I'd say it didn't refresh until about 8.16:30.

Can't remember the last time one of my browsers refreshed at 8.15

I started off 85,000th in the queue. It's dropped by 40,000 already and it still hasn't sold out yet. I should either have a ticket by now or be getting on with my day. It's ridiculous.
