Don’t understand why they don’t use last season as part of the criteria as well, i was lucky and got this morning, but it’s not fair that someone with years of loyalty misses out to someone who has attended Salzburg and Genk this season only!
The club don't give a fook about loyalty, they would bin it off for league games as well if they thought they could get away with it.

They have to be careful it's not a closed shop though dont they?

The line has to be drawn somewhere.

I have a feeling once the ticketing changes are fully brought in then we will see a change of culture for tickets.

I agree about the closed shop, but there are people missing out who have seasons worth of loyalty in the cup competitions. Similar in the league with the drop from 13 to 4.

People have missed out today because of the issue of people on friends and family list just vanishing for some reason from the drop down list. It's shocking that.
I told you about the tractor doing the pillar box 2001 and all the tickets had off, now they hitting the vans, what next, guns in the T O window.

No-one could have attended Salzburg and Genk without loyalty from last season though, so its not Salzburg and Genk this season only

Could if they'd bought hospitality

I had the same issue, luckily was buying in the Salzburg sale so was fine but had to log into another account to buy. It still isnt showing properly.

Funny how the people without the credits are all supporting the club not having "closed shop" but don't bat an eye lid about the away matches  :lickin :lickin

Managed to bag a kop ticket at around 9.45 after an hour and a half queue. Ridiculous how this queue length is the norm these days. Sooner they find a way to let only people who qualify to login the better. Not everyone has half an hour let alone two hours spare to look at a red bar trickle along.

I get why they don’t, otherwise you’d end up with a closed shop and that has its own problems. I missed out on Barca last year, after attending pretty much all the homes for years, even going back to Napoli in 2010 and including the likes of Kazan and Sion in the europa, I was gutted. But can understand why they do it.

That would make sense but then they allocate local sales on a semi final, which is nonsense unless you have credits. Two semis in a row I missed out on credits(managed to get spares) but then you miss out on chance of autocup and have the same nonsense the following year

Haven't missed a European home game for 6 years, couldn't get sorted today so there goes all the top loyalty because of 1 sale

I’ve got the credits. But the reason I support the club not having a closed shop for homes is because of the aways! Imagine if the home games where a closed shop too.

The main issue I find is that most tickets don't end up with genuine fans . It is also a bit of a closed shop with regards to league games unless you get lucky. Best time to get in is when we are doing shite.

Different subject but I also can't understand why the last league game at home is 4 credits from last season, surely it makes more sense for it to be 4 games this season?

I qualify either way but you could have been to 18 games this season and miss out on the 19th to someone who has been to 0 games this season but went to 4 a year ago, and they get to see us lift the trophy and you miss out.

Makes no sense to me.

I was thinking the same last week

To be honest I’d not sell it at all until much closer and do like you say, start this season but go from 18 down until it sells

Especially in a season that’s gone well

I was thinking about this last night. I personally am a big fan of the local sale tickets. What you’ve said is the same for hospitality I think, they sold hospitality for a semi final with out credits didn’t they?. From a fan perspective it makes more sense for the club to use some of the seats that would be hospitality to members (obviously for normal stadium prices), than using the local sale tickets and putting them up to £53 quid.

I am a fan of local sales as well. I understand the thought process but I’m not sure I agree that someone with no credits can get a ticket over someone who’s been to all previous homes games for a CL semi final.

Got in after just over an hour, wanted 2 but my mates name wasn't showing up in my family and friends, tried to add him but it kept saying he was already on my family and friends list. Got in with another window 15min later and got later and picked one up for him, been buying for him for the last 15years and this is the first time i've seen this problem.

I'd just add them all again myself. Wouldn't be trusting the ticket office to sort it.

Do they show in the Friends/Family bit, https://tickets.liverpoolfc.com/PagesLogin/FriendsAndFamily/FriendsAndFamily.aspx

Or is it just on the drop downs when you come to buy tickets?

I'd be on the phone to them every day until they sorted it. definitely wouldn't be trusting them to have it sorted by next Tuesday without a good pushing.

Seems like plenty of Napoli went up again, was somewhat worried when I missed the first sale last week, later rounds won’t be easy but feels like if you have your head on you can still get sorted
