Isn't that the standard excuse the ticket office bods put out to justify not doing it? It's complete nonsense of course. Other high-volume ticketing websites that do it don't have a problem.

just managed to get 1 FA Cup ACS. Wanted to get one for me and my 7 year old, but he doesn't qualify... Wonder if/when the FA Cup ACS will go lower...

Understood, but part of the problem is the narrow window of time you have to be available to try and log in and wait. It just doesn't work, you can't take a morning off everytime you want to book tickets and even then its a lottery.

Managed to box my mate and his son two together on the Kop.

From what I could see there wasn't a lot of twos seats next to each other on the Kop.

Isn’t that is all based an a weird theory that people decide to stare at a ticketing screen that’s not actually something they’re eligible for anyway? Is there actually any evidence this happens?

Had over an hour initially but got in and sorted in around 40 minutes.

Tired firstly for 2 together in the Kop but there was only singles scattered. Got a pair in Lower AR, but at last minute decided to re-check the Kop and was delighted to get 2 together in 202!

Utter crap.

Kept rejecting selections because they were in blocks that they've now decided are adult and child.

Shit spec that I had last year in L10 not available for European games so ended up with an even shitter one.

Quite a few people have owned up to doing it, so the theory isn't weird. But that's not the point anyway. The point is to limit each membership to a single chance in the queue lottery.
