I said after last week games we need to change and be more flexible. Klopp delivered.  Our best performance since before Xmas. Intensity and pressing was back.

Big shoutouts to Phil and Sturridge. Big players stepped up.

1 more win needed.

Oh, and it's about time we got a contentious decision in our favour after watching a few being dished out to Arsenal, City, United throughout the season.

On that note, I'm not even certain it should have been a penalty. Gini uses his arms for leverage to jump higher than Collins. Collins shoulder is what knocks Gini's had towards the ball, so Gini didn't actually move his arm towards it. I would probably want it given for us, and wouldn't have complained had they got it, but I can also see why the ref didn't award it.

Great result, performance and resolve from the team. So much pressure on us today, with the eyes of Arsenal fixed on how we did. The team has crumbled under pressure on occasion, which is why the doubt some, myself included, had about this match was understandable. Everybody performed when and where it mattered though. Now they just have to do it one more time.

You've seen them given. Anyway, it wouldn't have mattered, so it shouldn't even be a talking point. They would still have been pumped. When we've an out-and-out forward on, we look a different beast. Don't care if West Ham were shite. We've struggled with shite that sets a back 6 up all season.

I feel so sad for Danny, he's a magic player when fit.

Really played for his West Ham future today :)

Unfortunately, all that salary for one or two good performances in a year is not worth it. Any other employee would have been sacked long ago so this club will need to be ruthless if we were to become better. No sentiments from me.

Great win. Lovely to not have to sit through 90 minutes feeling as tense as shit.

Sturridge getting that first goal opened the game up and that is something we miss. Would love to see him stay but see all the reasons why that could be crazy if he can't stay fit on that salary.

I only relaxed when the fourth went in. Results like Bournemouth away leave deep scars.

For all those here last week, I wanted to say I was wrong.

Sturridge was more than up to the task, and as it turned out -- width not as much importance as attacking brio.

Seriously, though, enjoy the win and worry about Middlesbrough next weekend. I personally think if we have the same lineup then we'll thrash them.

The Origi clone that came on second half was a clever ploy by Klopp.

Didn't know we had such advanced technology.

Every time I resign myself to Sturridge being surplus to requirements, he gives a glimpse of his ability. Today's performance was far more than a glimpse.

I thought Wijnaldum was, like the aforementioned Origi, a different player second half.

We still need to upgrade both full backs, if we're being honest about next season.

One more win lads... one more.

We are nearly there. That was a great result under pressure today. Well deserved.

Interesting we had a number of posters before the game complaining that we never get the rub of the green or that luck and contentious decisions usually go against us. I think we saw all sorts of luck in that one game, good and bad. The Wini penalty shout for them. Ayew's miss. We hit the bar three times I think?

Didn't need luck though - we stuck the ball in the net 4 times. Feeling conflicted about Danny. I can understand why we would let him go but my God when hes fit he gives us another dimension to our play.

Come on lads, come on! Same again in the last game!

I'll have a couple of pints but it is also about being honest with ourselves or we wouldn't be any different from Everton fans.

Over the course of the season there are much to be worried about and today's good result doesn't change the fact we still weren't good enough. We aren't guaranteed 4th yet.
