If I was the McLaren boss I'd be trying to think of any way I can to drop Honda. Their incompetence has reached new heights.

NEW PRE-SEASON LAP RECORD
Raikkonen sets the new fastest pre-season lap time, a 1:19.019 on the super soft tyres.

Very excited indeed for Melbourne.

Please, please, please, let's not have Mercedes putting in a stormer this afternoon.

Vettel was in the low 1.19s yesterday and was clearly not on full power according to most there

big question is, is the merc/red bull sandbagging?

I hope so, would be great to have three teams all challenging each other at the front.

My wife is half Italian and he brother is a big Ferrari fan, couldn't put up with a season of Vettel dominating  :)

This is a quotation from the f1technical, regarding Kimi's fasets lap:

"On his fastest lap he was about 5kph down on Grosjean in speed trap in S2, slower than Stroll in trap in S3."

The question is, are Ferrari still sandbagging...?

id expect him to be even slower than 5kph off if he did sandbag

he went back out on ultrasofts at the end but didnt improve even though he had the fastest second sector

i dont think ultras are suited to barcelona. more suited for the likes of monaco or russia

He's in the gravel so probably lost it on the corner rather reliability.
