Nice to see Gerrard on the scoresheet but that could have been much, much worse.

Skrtel should have been off in the second half.

I've defended Rodgers all season, but after this ridiculous 'performance' today, I wouldn't be the least annoyed with the club if they handed him his P45.

That being said, I'd want most of the squad on the firing line with him. Gutless performance after gutless performance. No passion, no drive.. I'd rather have a bunch of youth players who are proud to be part of the team than the dross there now going through the motions, not caring as long as they keep earning their millions a year.

The whole lot of them should be ashamed of themselves.

Complete and utter embarrassment.. seems like every week I think.. that is about the worst I've ever seen Liverpool play.. and then the next game comes and it is worse.

Coutinho gave his all, and played some fantastic passes.

Ibe played very well when he came on, and gives me great hope for the future.

Made up Stevie got his goal, and that Lambert got the assist.

Everything else: Absolutely fucking abysmal. Embarrassing. What a fucking awful way to end a season. Our defenders in particular really couldn't give a fuck, and my god it showed.

If I don't see another performance as bad as that in the next 10 years, it'll still be too soon. Bring on next season, and whatever changes are needed to make sure I never see my team play with such little heart again.

The result doesn't bother me as much as the lack of respect for Gerrards last game.
