That's just my opinion from watching him last season. He will never be the worst player on the pitch but he won't be overly effective.

We'll wait and see. I doubt he'd be a player you'd start up front against Barca at the Camp Nou (not that we're going there anytime soon) but he's an effective player to have in the squad.

Markovic and Ings were playing really narrow though.

Markovic was definitely in the hole with Ings and Lambert as forwards. Ings dropped deep a lot.
