Here's the pecking order I think the TV companies will most probably go with for live broadcast. I reckon the West Ham vs Man City and Everton vs. Leicester games are pretty much nailed on. United at home versus a Championship Reading would likely be another definite. As would Arsenal travelling to Preston.
I find the TV companies tend to go with a mixture of high profile all Premier League ties, coupled with a fair spread of teams from the lower divisions. A Premier League team playing a lower league side, especially away from home, is quite an attractive proposition to them as they'll be hoping for a giant killing. That's why I've gone with the United and Arsenal games ahead of the scrappier looking all Prem ties of Sunderland vs. Burnley and Hull vs. Swansea (the latter will probably be shown on S4C).
Other potential giant killings would see Bolton, Bournemouth and Southampton on the 'probable' list. I'd also argue that our game, had we rather been drawn away to face Newport or Plymouth, would've been a more likelier candidate for a 'certainty.' We might still be on the telly of course as Liverpool FC is always a massive draw for them.
I've left Middlesbrough, Stoke, West Brom and Watford's games off due to the Premier League club playing at home in these fixtures. Tottenham vs. Villa looks interesting, whilst Birmingham vs. Newcastle is a tasty looking all Championship clash.
Can anybody remember how many games per round the broadcasters get? I think I'm right that, from the 3rd round onwards, BBC have two games per round and BT Sport have at least two or three right?
