Does anyone know when they put the failed auto-cup seats on for sale? Kop was full on the auto-cup but there will definately be quite a few failed payments.

Annoys me how a STH who never bothered with the FA cup gets priority over me when i've been to every fa cup game for years, but an old argument which the club don't seem interested in.

Good prices

What's the price breakdown? Clicked the link and nothing shows up.

Our obligations for away fans are now approximately 8100 (15% of 54000). So guess it's all of the Anfield Road for away teams if they want it

Would seem like it:

Auto Cup Scheme Update - Emirates FA Cup 3rd Round

To accommodate our FA contractual obligations for visiting supporters, we have re-located all supporters from the Upper Anfield Road Stand and have endeavoured to issue an alternative seat that best reflects the price point of your usual seat.

Please check your email confirmation for seat details for this fixture.

Why did they sell seats in the upper annie to then just move everyone?

They don't know in advance who we'll draw or how many tickets they would want. Most teams seem happy with the lower anny but this time they obviously want the upper or the whole thing or part upper/part lower

Do if I count as having recorded one home game in the 2016/17 season if I have a ticket to Burnley later this season? Or does it only count games that have happened so far?

think you're being kind there!

i am not sure they thought about it personally

Given we could have five home ties it was always likely to happen that we would get someone who would want the full allocation. Besides i'd be surprised if Newport sold 8000 odd tickets if they get through. Plymouth i could see it happening.

On a side note prices are very good for this so will get close to a sell out i hope

We've been in the ACS for a while now and have usually sat in the seats we've chosen in the summer. I think we've only moved once and that was because someone wanted part of the upper and part of the lower.

think this is about the local general sale as it says history from last three seasons will be required to purchase in that sale

presumably just to stop away fans buying in the home end

Am I right in thinking the members sale will only count for 1 ticket per card?

Also why is there no General sale for all members?

There is if I've read it right

The stipulation of three games in three years is for the local sale I thought

I think it's:

STH's, members, then local sale isn't it?

I have told them about the broken link and also asked why they don't include how much hey have taken. You would think they would have to really - doesn't seem right debiting our accounts and not saying how much for!!  :-\

Will I need to buy it directly off the official site?  I was going to buy one outside the ground but I'm not sure how they'd record my loyalty.

Plymouth & Newport have taken the whole of the Annie Rd end, we've been moved to Centenary so less for an all members sale

Not surprised at all at this!

Something, I was wondering though is if they'll be segregating the Plymouth & Newport fans.  Plymouth have the biggest following so I suppose they'll have the lower Annie and we'll give the upper to Newport.

Im not 100% sure here but as I understand it, if you take a picture of yourself and the guy that sold you the scarf.  You show the picture to the ticket office you should be fine and get your second credit for the day.

As I said I had contacted the club to say about the broken link half way down the ticket news page.

Not for the first time they totally failed to read what I had said and told me I could find the prices "here" - and sent me the ticket news age back!!! ::) You just can't make it up. Especially as they email starts with how they appreciate feedback and do take notice.... >:(

So I reiterated what I had said before:
Quote
I don't think you read what I said! That is the link I sent you but it is the link half way down that page that does not work - the breakdown of prices.

If you listen as much as you say, then reading emails would be a good start. This is not the first time. I do wonder why I bother at times....

We'll see if they read t the second time....  :-\

Update: Think she did. Said she'd pass it to the website team.

See Newport are battling to get their replay on. IF it falls to the weather it might mean our game being postponed wouldn't it?? Unless they squeeze it on the midweek before but they'd struggle to sell tickets then

They definitely don't read the feedback properly, I reported a problem with one of their servers certificates a few months ago (you get a warning about it saying it's insecure) and they told me there was nothing wrong with it and to use another browser, despite all of the information I added and screenshots of the issue on chrome, safari and firefox. I still get the error now ;D

Could try installing the certificate into the trusted root folder. That might stop that from happening. If you haven't already tried that.
