Surprised you have Barkley starting for everton, he hasn't started their recent matches and looked out of his depth in the england games. He gives them much greater attacking threat but also gives opportunities to the opposition for counters when he loses the ball. I think Martinez is going to start quite defensive, as they did against spurs and then try to take advantage of tiredness or us pushing for the win by bringing Deulofeu and Barkley on later.
The main question is how willing we are to push forward, how much Lucas steps up to try to win the ball in their half and how far forward Johnson's starting position is. The previous derby was exceptionally cagey, and not just because of Moyes - we rarely saw anyone other than Sturridge, Coutinho and Henderson in attacking positions and our fullbacks hardly pushed forward at all, and this was at anfield.
Another reference point might be Wigan v Liverpool from last season. We won 4-0 with three goals from fast transitions and one deflected free kick, and had less possession than they did. We regularly dropped into a defensive position in our own half and let them play in front of us, (for the most part, although they had 2 or 3 excellent chances and the scoreline flattered us).
All in all, we might well see another slow burner, with both sides unwilling to commit players forward, at least for the first 60 minutes or so.
