Slow starts have been a factor of our league campaign.

When we get going we're good to watch in fairness, Galvin is mopping up everything and spreading the ball Xavi style. A joy.
And he'll be doing the same for CorKopites team, whipping in balls for John Egan to run onto it.

Thought Kerry were shocking in that first half but still in it! No releasing the ball quick enough to the forwards. Still in it though. Good sign. Fancy us to win by 4.

Honestly like......

How can they be so fucking shit. I reckon we should get a RAWK team going and organise a challenge game against those clowns. I'd say we'd actually batter them.

Very complacent in the final minutes again, when will we learn. It was never a problem for Kerry to kill off teams.

Cork 2-17 Down 1-12
That right peg hits it and you see the future arc of the ball and time goes al gluey like a Dali painting, and for a second there's a 20yr old StevenGerrard and your young self cheering him on through the prism. His big smile fades in an the net is shivering and J.Hart's trying not to look grateful for the privilege of being that close to greatness

Two inept sides, incapable of holding on to a lead. Shameful.

On a slightly different topic, Dalo should ban his players from wearing white boots. Flashy, Fancy Dans, more interested in impressing the women, than winning a Hurling match.

I actually spent my afternoon in Mooncoin Co. Kilkenny today. Unfortunately my cousin is married to a Kilkenny bird.

I took a Sunday drive to visit. We went for lunch with her family.

Now I know us Corkonian's are often accused of being biased, as our our cousins in Kerry, and also our delusional distant cousins in Dublin, but Kilkenny folk take the absolute biscuit. I actually had restrain myself from hurling some unsavory retorts at my cousins father in law. They're a strange old bunch down there.
