Gutted. Absolutely gutted. RIP Amy.

Ah, fuck it.
Not a surprise at all but still very sad to hear it.
Rest in peace, thank you for the music.

Shocked but far from surprised.

Its never nice to see a young life gone, but my sympathies lie in Norway at the moment.

Nonetheless, RIP

I know it might make me sound callous, but I'm struggling to muster up any sympathy for her.

She was a terrific singer and hugely talented, but this story has been coming for years now.
Been on the cards for ages.

The whole Norway story has put this sort of story in perspective. 98 people, mainly kids now dead because of one crazy motherfucker is a tragedy.
A talented singer dead through their own recklessness after many years and many warnings is just a stupid waste.
And no more.

For me its that she made it to that age.

can't say i've paid too much attention to her musically or otherwise, but always tragic when someone so talented dies so young.

seemed to be one of those artists whose troubles and talents were very much intertwined.

A genuine talent, not like all this manufactured shite about these days. Shame. RIP.
He wasn't perfect, he made mistakes. But he was genuine. He had the best interests of the club at heart, and gave us a plethora of successful teams that we should have been thankful for.

Great singer and talent, but like many others life in the fast lane was to much to handle,
 R.I.P. Amy
If my assistant had not signalled a goal, I would have given a penalty and sent off goalkeeper Patr Cheh. he beeped me to signal the foul. The noise from the crowd  stopped me hearing it, I have been involved at places like Barcelona, Ibrox, Old Trafford, Arsenal, but I've never in my life been involved in such an atmosphere. IT WAS INCREDIBLE

Ridiculously talented, but self-destructive to the extreme. It's no surprise though.

My Facebook is a joke though. Heard fuck all about the slaughter in Oslo, yet this has absolutely hammered my timeline.

Its true though, RIP and all that but she ignored countless warnings and wasted a talented life, compare that to the people who have just had there lives robbed from them in Norway and it puts this incident into perspective.

Thought I might, but I think it was one of the first places to report it online.

I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

i understand what you're saying, but really both are tragic in their own way.  you really shouldn't compare tragedies as though they were top trumps, nor tell people how they ought to grieve.  not a debate for today anyway.

I understand the sentiment but you know she was far too young. Hearing of anyone dying at 27 is very sad news. Drug and alcohol addiction however ultimately self-inflicted is hugely destructive and difficult to overcome.

Certain individuals who have influenced her life over the last few years have a huge amount to answer for.
