100% improvement, tactics, movement, passion, wanting the ball. All except Torres who looks as half interested as ever. There was a moment I wanted to be there, walk on, shake the lad and say 'STOP FUCKING SULKING!!!'
All in all, I'm really happy. And how many times can you say that after a 1-0 away at the mancs?

Vast improvement in attitude and play.

Proud of the lads, didn't give up and kept fighting until the last minute, something we hadn't seen this season. Long may it continue.
We would have NEVER lost without that penalty, they were shite. And that was never a penalty, got cheated by (who else) Webb.
To sum up my feelings about this game: proud.
MOTM = Kelly. He's going to do very well for himself in the future.

Proud of the spirit we showed and the performance. Tactically it was spot on. Penalty was of course a joke, red card would have been fine with me had Webb been at all consistent. In fairness to Webb it's probably hard to be consistent when there is so much riding on it, his career, his financial wellbeing etc

Game was decided by the ref in the first half, very soft penalty, and the red card was probably correct, but funny how Rafael gets away with no bookings at all.

I'm remarkably calm at the moment, considering we've lost to those Manc bastards. I'm happy with our fight and performance, Kenny has got these players belief back. Let's get stuck into the league, and not miss Gerrard too much, Raul and Lucas in the middle, and might be a chance for Cole to play in the hole.

Loss and predictably shocking reffing aside....I thought the team showed a lot of spirit in the 2nd half. Great to see positive substitutions with 30 mins to go!!! Terrific to see Shelvey and Kelly get some playing time in such a big game. Onwards and upwards.

Really proud of everyone of our lads today. They tried their hearts out, never gave up and never stopped fighting. That's the one thing I wanted to see. Knew the ref was gonna sort them out and he did to effectively decide the game. No shame though whatsoever. Onwards!

A lot to take away from that. The players have responded to Dalglish and I hope he can raise them after today. An extremely dodgy penalty won the game and we showed more passion that we have done all season.

Gerrard let his heart rule his head and will know that he's let the side down. Although we lost, there were a lot of promising signs and I'm taking it as a moral victory.

I also hope that Glen Johnson's missus has a six month labour as Kelly was superb and doesn't deserve dropping after that.

Howard Webb is a disgrace to his profession. Even when he isn't in charge of a Manc vs. LFC game, he's a joke. Penalty was soft but Agger did touch him. Red was correct for me. In real time I said 'he's off' so wasnt surprised when Gerrard walked

Plenty of positives to take from the game. As soon as I saw the team sheet I was chuffed to see how Kenny had set us up with the right players coming in. United were lucky to get a win today.

10 men for an hour and lost due to a dive - thought we had a better shape today and gave it 110 percent

Torres was quiet but was chasing shadows for large spells. Digglers distribution was abysmal all game and lost his legs with 20 minutes left.
