got my lfc shirt :) Glad no mug came with

Mug is shit btw. Its only a big SPORTS DIRECT mug. It takes up too much room in a cupboard and is far to fucking big for a coffee or tea.

Every character and number added to the price. Suarez 7 was £15 (+£4 delivery). Still a good price IMO and I didn't want to go through the pain of doing it elsewhere.

This looks smart, might be the last adidas/lfc gear I'll buy for a while. I'm a bit concerned it says "Nike Logo" in the description though.

Found this on ebay yesterday, and couldn't decide weather to laugh my face off, or just double face palm.

It's soooooo out there, it could almost be by Warri......... :-X

Thought that Carling Cup Winners top had the players names on the cup, shame that it doesn't.

Anyone know if the Carling Cup final shirt from the Liverpool shop will be getting more stock, all sold out yesterday.

I wrote a mail to the shop, asking if the shirts would get in stock again. See the answer below:

"Thanks for contacting Liverpool Football Club

The item you are referring to is not available in the size you require. It is highly unlikely that this stock will be replenished due to the time it takes our suppliers to manufacture and deliver the items, compared to the time we have left in the 2011/12 season.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks for your continued support

The question was regarding the shirt which the players wore at the final, during the match.

I don't see what the issue is from the club, as all it is is a transfere.

They are not specially made or embroydered shirts.

I walked into the Anfield club shop last Friday, picked a long sleeved shirt off the shelf, went to the printing station, and they applied the transfere, name and number.   It's not an embroydery, so why the club shop, or on line store would run out of them is inconcieivable.

I can only assume that they mean they do not have the shirt stock in your size, as that would obviously stop the order being processed. At this point in the Adidas contract, there is obviously no point in mass producing any more shirts, and depending on what stockpile they currently have, are more inclined to run stock down and get rid of as much as possible before the hand over to Warrior.

Niclas, where are you.  In or out of the UK?
What size shirt are you after, as there's numerous ones floating around ebay etc.

I have one of those final shirts from the treble season. although it says uefa cup, carling cup, FA cup winners in the little crest. so im assuming it was worn at the charity shield, was a bit too young to remember. reckon its worth much now ?

Nope.

It was brought out just after the UEFA cup final as a commemorative 'trebble' shirt.

Or put it this way. Just another way for the club to squeeze a few more quid out of the fans.

For all of those that go on about more and more kits, it's worth noting that in season 2000/01 Liverpool brought out something like 20 shirts of various kinds.

I'll do that in old vidi-printer style ..................20 (twenty)...............  (ask ya dad   ;)  )

Including 12 commemorative shirts. --  6 differnt varieties, in both long sleeves and short.

Worthington Cup Final --  long and short sleeves
Worthington Cup Winners -- long and short sleeves
FA CUP  Final -- Long and short sleeves
FA Cup Winners --  Long and short sleeves
Uefa Cup Final -- Longa nd short sleeves
Trebble shirt -- Long and short sleeves.

Plus all of the usual:

Home shirt -- long and short
Away --  long and short
3rd kit  -- long and short
Home goalie
Away goalie.

And thats not even taking into account shirts without the Carlsberg sponsor on the front.

Maybe not from Sports Direct as were getting rid off Adidas after this season and they wont restock until the Warrior kit is out. But other shops will have massive sales, even the official shop will be looking for a way to get rid off all this year's shirts!

Maybe the whole Adidas range too?
I remember when we chanced from Reebok to Adidas they did the 999 sale, and every Reebok item left over in the club shop was only £9.99!

Shall keep an eye out on other sites now too, thank you!

Ordered mine from sports direct on Sunday afternoon online after running round earlier in the day only to find they only had double xl left in my local store and home and away arrived on Tuesday with a big mug.

Made up as I love the away shirt. Not so keen on the current home but got it for my collection.
