the next three league games can either keep us in contention or blow us out of the water,  unbeaten is a must, 9 points required IMO as ManUtd i think will pick up full points

Kinell, could you not wait till the 89th minute to jinx it like the Bolton game?

They'll batter West Brom.

I fully expect United to drop points too in the next few weeks. Maybe not on Tues against West Brom, or the blue & white shite as they will lie down to them, but West Ham....yes.

We must get some momentum going and keep it up !!

Man, if this only could come true. I am hopping for them dropping points week in week as they´ve been shite for so long..
One thing does need to be said: in the post-Benitez era, there was media-led clamour (but also some politicking going on at the club) to make the club more English; the idea being that the club had lost the very essence of what it means to be ‘Liverpool’. Guillem Ballague 18/11/10

Utd to win by 2 goals at least even they have an injury crisis in their hands.Aston Villa  will probably take the 3points again and Arsenal to draw against Everton.
Messi in fact doesn't have a recognizable trait.

3 points for us (i hope), but i can't see either utd or chelsea dropping points to be honest.

United WILL get 9 points in those 3 games. We cannot rely on them dropping points to keep us in it anymore.

No more dropped points is a must over the next month.

I agree, you see the mancs put a 'weakened side ' out hope for the best......then one way or another they usually end up winning.

It's up to us to match them, anymore slip ups could cost us big time.

I wish teams would have a go at United with their current defensive injury list. I think The Baggies will do that but whether they can keep United out is a different question. Boing Boing!

As I remember Gerrard did come on in that match (and Tranny boy was injured for the mancs) And it won't mean shit to beat them at Old Trafford if we don't start beating teams like Wigan NOW.

Don't expect Boro to do us any favours v renties.

Exactly. Derby County did it in the League Cup and managed to win the first game. I think the likes of WBA need to be playing every game like it is a cup final, because the way this season has gone, the teams at the bottom can't really afford to relax in any game. Points are points and I really hope WBA show up for this game.

No point hoping for United to drop points cos it ain't gonna happen tonight. Better off just expecting them to win and then if by some miracle they do drop points we'll be even happier.

Nope.

West Brom have 4 central defenders out injured, plus Ryan Donk may have to play despite a groin injury. Doesn't bode too well, sadly.

You'd think that teams that fight to avoid relegation will rest their (key) players in cup matches as their primary target is another one.Greening was injured in their last FA cup match and he now will be out for up to 6 weeks.Anyway really hope them to get a draw today but i find it highly impossible.

Just expect the Mancs to win every single game and if they don't... bonus. Sick of worrying about them fucking up now, all in our hands. They have a good few injuries so would be a good time to see them lose a few points... I'm sure there will be a few surprises along the way.

Do yourselves a favour and dont watch the manc game.

West brom will hold them for about 80 odd minutes then the mancs will sneak one in with minutes left.

Wake up, will ya pal? If you're not inside, you're outside, OK? And I'm not talking a $400,000 a year working Wall Street stiff flying first class and being comfortable, I'm talking about liquid. The Mancs are bothering me less and less weirdly because the league is blatently fixed (I could and have given several 'decisions' this season that have changed a draw into a win - but can't be arsed posting it again).

IF it was a bit less clear it would annoy me - but it is about as crystal as it's ever likely to get.

Just a bit miffed that I didn't put money on my predictions - I'd be minted.

The league is fixed. The Mancs might suprise me and put one of their rare good performances together in the league so far this year (Apart from Chelsea they've ranged from average to awful) - but don't worry - if it's getting to 75+ minutes and they are struggling for a goal - the lad in black will help them out - dodgy penalty, insane free kick, ignored elbow to the throat, opposition player sent off - nothing that these heroic lads in black in the middle of the park won't do to help their chums up in Salford.

As I say, it's not even debatable any more.

So! Like me - don't get wound up by it - expect it (Like I have fully for their last few games) and you won't be disappointed.

They will put a good performance in tonight - and if they don't? The ref will throw it for them - they've done it 7 or 8 times this season already - no reason to suspect they won't continue.

Concentrate on the Reds - although I don't hold out much hope we'll get any favours til the end of the season.
